Everything we hoped for! The condo was EXACTLY as described and shown in the photos. The attention to small details (i.e., kitchenware and beach umbrellas) were very much appreciated. We hope to be back again soon. Thank you Bernie and Teresa for being fantastic VRBO hosts!

Place was excellent to stay at. Will definitely come back. Directly off the water. Great beach view. Felt like home. Place was very clean. Only thing, wish they had an elevator, Communication with host was excellent.

This is our second stay and we were not disappointed! The owner has kept the place just as immaculate as our first stay (even upgraded small but important things). Thank you for a second home away from home feel.

The unit had not been cleaned. The property was run down. The unit had a terrible. We did not even stay at the property and requested a refund.

This was a very unusual circumstance. Our guest is correct, our cleaners had not yet cleaned our unit, and did not notify us. This has happened to us exactly one time with our current cleaning team (going on 6 years now). As soon as our guest arrived and notified us of the situation we immediately informed them that we would have the cleaning crew onsite immediately. Unfortunately, they elected to find another place and requested a refund, which we promptly issued. As you can see from our many excellent reviews, this was definitely not a typical situation and our property is not "run down". But when something does occur, we respond immediately and make the situation right.

Very clean unit, great beach views from living room and master bedroom. Was quiet for the most part. I was there during bike week and some construction next door. Pool was closed for first 3 days and then they started construction around the pool and patio area so the beach was better for relaxing. I really enjoyed the week. Weather was good for most part as well. Would definitely go back.

This was perfect for my family to stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Perfect vacation, excellent location. Not only is it beachfront, but it is just far enough away from the high traffic tourist areas to be comfortable and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended host and location.

Stayed 4 nights April. Secure lock to access, there are no elevators, unit is on 3rd floor. Fabulous views from corner unit and right on the beach! Unit itself was clean, nicely decorated, air conditioned, and with washer/dryer. Pool was closed for updating(not mentioned). Lovely moonrise and sun rises. Unit mostly stocked and evenings were very quiet after 9pm! Host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. Great beach front condo!

Great beach week

We had a great stay at the property in the end of June. Great location, very convenient to the beach, enough space for our family. A lovely relaxing vacation! Would stay there again.

Family Getaway

Our stay was so great that we honestly didn’t want to leave. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony and pool was nice with gorgeous views. There was plenty of space for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids. I would definitely recommend this property.

Good location, very clean.

Property was in a good location, easy access to the beach. Close to all the attractions and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The room was very clean and had everything available to make meals and make you feel at home.

The perfect stay! This condo was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a clean, pleasant smell. The little storage unit outside the room was convenient and kept from tracking in sand. The condo was located close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were cozy and made for an overall wonderful stay. We will be booking again next year.

Perfect Spot

Unit is in perfect location, walking distance to stores and a few places to eat. Communication with the owners is always quick and they give you all the information you need. Comfortable furniture, clean condo, and kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in.

Very nice place

The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, right on the beach, and close to lots of activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Bernie and Teresa were easy to work with.

Great stay!

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and a great location. The 3rd floor corner was really convenient to the beach walkway and had a nice breeze on the porch. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. Perfect for our family trip!
