Calypso`s View - Private beach and hot tub

Calypso's View is running a special, pay for 3 nights get $100 off the 4th, Midweek night only when you book directly on our site. Does not apply to 3rd party sites. 
 
Calypso's View has spanning view from Damon Point to North Beach Jetty and across Oyhut Bay to Westport. 

Dogs under 75 pounds are allowed with additional fee of $30 for per dog per night.
-No cats, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.

NOTE: Due to the damaging king tides last winter, a cobblestone berm had been put in place by the city.  It does not inhibit your views or beach access, however passing over berm requires caution, as the cobblestone are unstable and may shift underfoot.  Use care while navigating to beach.

This newer home was built with dog lovers in mind as well as spoiling their owners too. The moment you open the front door you see the love and planning the owners put into designing it, from the beautiful light fixtures to mile high ceilings , big open spaces , even a  true wood burning fireplace.  A dream kitchen with everything you could possibly need . Both bedrooms have king size beds and smart TV's. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The bathrooms have walk in showers with barn style glass doors. The pets have their own doggie door, ramp down to the completely fenced in area . 

Stay once and you will be back.

Beautiful property with an ocean view! Loved the spacious design in the house…2 bedrooms with king beds and en suites worked well for our family. Large open kitchen with all the amenities needed for grilling and cooking. Dishwasher was not working when we were there, but can’t complain about hand washing dishes with that ocean view to look at! Loved the hot tub and would definitely come back and stay again!

Always a great time staying there. Two outlets in the bedroom didn’t work, one on each side, but other than that everything was awesome. We slept in the bedroom on the laundry room side.

Great View Home

great view from the deck the water is maybe 50 feet in front of you, clean new home ,comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen is large and well equipped and all of the appliances are new, we really enjoyed our stay , doggo enjoyed her time there also. We always enjoy our winter adventures at the ocean, great way to do it at Calypso`s View

Awesome Getaway

The pictures of the property were spot on but don't do justice to the relaxed feeling we experienced while there. Its easy to spend hours listening to the waves roll in and out, watching deer stroll by, and the quietness of the area. If you want to get away from it all and relax, this is the place you would want to go. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Much appreciated.

Love this house

It was our 4th time staying at this house. It was a little disconcerting to not be able to walk outside and right onto the beach. We also lost internet for a day while my husband and I were working. The property manager was responsive with my questions but it was frustrating. For those reasons, it was not as fabulous as it usually is but it was still nice. The house is great and once you can get to the beach, it's great for walking and playing w/the dog.

Booking Calypso View was easy and quickly confirmed for our requested nights. We arrived and had easy access with a lockbox code. Walking in, each one of us was dazzled by the immediate view of the ocean. The furnishings all seemed new, spotless, and well coordinated. Someone took great lengths to make this place special. The kitchen is fully loaded with Keurig/coffee pods and any kind of utensil you can imagine. Two primary bedrooms w/excellent king beds and en suite bathrooms gave each couple privacy and relaxation. One primary had a door through the bathroom to the laundry room, so we took that one. We brought our labs along so that room would serve well as their sleep space. A large dog bed was provided, but we brought our own. A door leading outside from the laundry room has a dog door. Outside was a fully enclosed dog run with stairs and a ramp. The ocean-facing porch has a railing, and we found a baby/dog gate to keep the dogs from running straight to the water. A BBQ w/propane, 4 Adirondack chairs, and a side table summoned us to have happy hour as the sun set. I chose the unit for all of the above reasons, as well as the hot tub. Sadly, it wouldn't heat up. We called the property management, and a service tech came within the hour. He said it was fixed, but it still didn't heat up. I would recommend including instructions for heating the hot tub in the binder on the table. Overall, our time spent was excellent, and we will book again.

Thank you for the great review. It turns out the pump was slowly going out on the new hot tub so they had to order another new hot tub which will be installed ASAP!

The house was beautiful & had everything we needed. Great setup for your dog with a gated dog run. The view was great with plenty to look at all the time.
