Wapato Point is the premiere resort on Lake Chelan. It offers seven swimming pools, two jacuzzi, kiddie pools, tennis, shuffle board, basketball, exercise facilities, children's activities, and rentals of movies, mopeds, powerboats, jet skis, sailboats, and paddle boats.
This home was designed to facilitate multi-family rentals. So bring your extended family or your friends. Each of the four master suites has its own bathroom and showers.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Loved Bills home. So thankful to have gotten to spend a week here. We overpacked as the garage was filled with amenities. Pool floaties, bikes for kids, Tennis equipment, Botchy, Fully stocked kitchen. extra pillows, kids toys etc. Plenty of room for all 12 of us on the balcony as well as inside to eat and play cards. Large fridge plus another in the garage. Quiet neighborhood, close to the outdoor pool and lots of walking trails. No hot tub available on property as it was locked off and the one at the indoor facility was closed for maintenance. This did not hinder our stay nor did the rain that showed up for three of the seven days. However the winds of June did make it a challenge for water activities. Gale force three of the days during our stay. The home itself was perfect for our family. We had 8 of us stay and 4 others visit during the week that we had rented another beach condo for in order to stay under the occupancy rules. Just a note, VRBO had 11:00 check out on the website but check out is 10:00. A little awkward as the cleaning crew arrived at 10:00 sharp. We were able to have them start work in the basement as we rushed to get out by 10:30. **5 star stay and highly recommended. Thank you again Bill for sharing your home. We loved it so much and were blessed to be able to stay.

Best House Ever!

Our family enjoyed our week at this beautiful home, especially the spaciousness and five bedrooms. It was incredibly well equipped and tastefully decorated. The Wapato Point amenities are an added bonus. We took advantage of the on site jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and shave ices from the beach side grill. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We'll definitely be going back.

Loved our time in this home. Everyone wanted to come back. The cover deck, the in suite bathrooms for every couple. Loved it.

The home worked so well for us, the main living area upstairs has a great view and open concept.

We couldn't have asked for a better set up at the house. We all had our own bathrooms, lots of open space upstairs and a view of the lake. The deck upstairs was in great condition too.

Wonderful house and host

My family and a few friends stayed at this beautiful house during the 2022 memorial weekend and had a wonderful time in Wapato. It is a tradition for us, we have been doing this trip on the memorial weekend for more than 7 years and this house is now our favorite one in Wapato. Thanks Bill for being a great host!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

My family and I stayed for Memorial day weekend and had an absolute blast! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of water toys available for kids to play with at the pool (which was the highlight for them). I had a few questions for Bill and he was very friendly a d responsive. Beds were comfy and house was very clean. Huge bonus having all of those bathrooms! Lots of room, we will definitely be back! Thanks Bill :)

Great home for family reunion/vacation

We truly enjoyed our time in Wapato, staying in this home. The introductory paperwork was clear and included all the necessary information. The location was terrific with close access to a small nearby beach and to the community pool. The home was clean and fairly described. The large open family area indoors was terrific and the deck supplied enough room for all of us in the family reunion to be together at the end of the day and into the evening. The kitchen was it large and well supplied. Bedrooms were large, their beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around for each family to have their own. The owner was accessible and quick to answer an initial question on Boat moorage. We want to come back, so I’m not sure why I’m being so positive and creating competition! Be assured, Its all true.

Awesome house and location

The house is extremely nice, each bedroom with its separate bath, lots of space to accomodate all 8 of us and very clean. The location is amazing too, walking distance from the beach, the community pool and parks.

Great Space!

Thank you for a great space to gather with family! I especially loved that each bedroom has an attached bathroom. I also didn't realize that there were such great activities offered like ice skating, crafts, mini golf and bike rentals! We had a blast!

Great place to stay and create family memories!

Thank you again for opening your home-we had an awesome time! Your home fit our extended family very well and all the amenities were great. We appreciated the lovely deck, great size bedrooms with bathrooms, large kitchen and enough room for all to sit down for dinner. The air conditioning was much appreciated on our hot days in Chelan. Wapato Point is a family-friendly place. There is miniature golf, boat rentals and paddle boat rentals also. The swimming pool is about 60 yards from the house along with a large field where many games of soccer and baseball were played by our grandkids. Oh and your pinball machine was a big hit!! Our grandkids had a great time--a week long slumber party! The property owners were prompt with their emails and graciously answered all my questions in a timely manner as well as left a local number to contact for problems or any other questions. I would recommend their lovely home to anyone.

Excellent property

This property was just perfect. We had an amazing time. The home was very clean and had anything you could possibly need. We had 3 separate families stay and it worked perfect. We traveled to Chelan for my sisters wedding so finding a house for the 9 of us to stay together was a must. The house was by far big enough for us all. The views and all the amenities were just amazing. If you can't tell we seriously had a blast. Highly recommend. We'll defilnitly come back in a few years.

Absolutely Fabulous House, Location, and Amenities

If you know Lake Chelan then you'll probably know the upscale area that is Wapato Point. It is a few miles up the lake from the town of Chelan, and juts out into the center of the lake so you have virtually 360 degree views from the vista upon which this particular house sits. Directly across the lake are views of sheer rock cliffs along the mountside, phenomenal. What's nice is the huge swimming pool which is steps from the house. Down the block are Wapato's private beaches (one on each side of the point, which narrows right where the beaches are located so you can walk from one side to the other in under a minute (it's probably only 100' wide at this point, though it balloons out into a huge "island" where the homes are located). There are a number of amenities on site, and even more close by. Of course the lake itself will keep you busy all day. After a long day playing in the sun you can look forward to all the creature comforts in the house. There is a bathroom for every bedroom (except one which shares it). The floor plan is very open upstairs, and there is a huge rec. room downstairs if you want to move some of the crowd (kids). Our family highly recommends this palace. We'll come again, I'm sure.
