PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed with owner permission prior. Please ask. $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

PARKING*** There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces. This driveway can fit up to 3 cars.
