This property is spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. The air-conditioning was welcome after long days of being out and about, and the ice in the freezer was an added bonus.

Nice getaway

We had a good time in San Diego, and the guesthouse was clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Being able to park inside the gate was a nice touch!

Everything needed for a great trip

Clean, comfy, and close to everything. Lemon tree in the front yard as a bonus. Host was great and wonderful at quick responses.

We spent a few days away from the heart in Az, it was exactly as described. Everything was close by. And enjoyed the beach along with sunset cliffs. Our host was amazing!! I highly recommend. Thank you for always making sure we had everything we needed.

Quick weekend trip

The guest house was cozy for a family of 3. Location is a little off the beaten path if you’re looking for a place away from touristy areas. Communication was clear and timely for booking and checking in.

Great stay

Cynthia was lovely and super helpful. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and i slept well. I was in for family weekend at SDSU and it’s a 14 minute drive which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in San Diego

This is definitely a cozy cottage and is surprisingly roomy on the inside even though it looks small on the outside. I loved that it was quiet and away from the street. I loved the decorations that gave it a calm feeling. Very clean and welcoming!

Worked fine for our short stay. Just the two of us. Small unit but clean and well equipped for our needs. Would be a bit small for a third person but could work.

COZY, Clean, Charming...

Loved this place. Host Cynthia was very responsive. Everything was wonderful inside and very clean. We really liked the simple layout of Cozy. Easy access to freeways, quiet nights (but in flight path of SAN Airport, so aircraft noise mornings and evenings). Will most certainly stay here again when we visit our son in the SD area.!!!

Cozy and Comfy

Cynthia is a kind and friendly host. My son and I enjoyed staying at her place very much. Would definitely stay here again as it's only 2 miles from family so it worked out very well.

Traveled to San Diego to move our daughter into her college apartment. I booked with Cynthia based on her Premier Host status and positive reviews. Since our car was packed with our daughters' belongings, being able to park in the driveway was a huge extra perk! Cynthia's property is very nice and welcoming. The rental is a cute little cottage tucked behind her home. It's private, clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. San Diego was going through a bit of a heatwave during our stay and the air conditioner in this place is AWESOME! I was so thankful that it worked so great and the place was kept cool and comfortable. There are a lot of nice little touches throughout. She has put a lot of love and pride into decorating this home and made excellent use of the space. Right off the bedroom is a private patio complete with chairs and is adorably decorated. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend a lot of time in the home because we were so busy moving our daughter into her apartment, but I did make sure to at least spend some time on the patio. Location of home is tucked into a neighborhood but right outside the neighborhood is easy access to the freeway and short distance to a lot of touristy areas, including the airport. I had the opportunity to personally meet Cynthia, and she was so friendly. We chatted like a couple of friends! Her sweet dog Hercules even came out to greet me while we were chatting. I would definitely stay her again.

Cute little place

It’s a cute and comfortable space in a great location. 10 minutes to downtown and around 15 minutes to anything else. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils we needed to cook.

Cute little place

Clean! Tiny, as we knew from description. Location was convenient to freeways/hwys. Neighborhood was safe. Property manager was very responsive and kind.
