Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of Pine Hills #7 green and #8 tee box right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One queen bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) are provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

A pool fob to access outdoor pools is included in your stay. Please note that pools are seasonal. (April 1 through October 31)

The Condo is perfect 1 to 2 adults. Very clean and well manage. Location was good, easy to every place I needed to get to. I would stay there again.

Great Stay

The property was just as described. Conveniently located across the block from various stores and restaurants. The place is well kept, clean and felt like a safe neighborhood. I had a short stay with my daughter and it was exactly what we needed. Just be sure to bring body wash or soap. It was not provided. We are expected to return in September and I will more than likely book again.

Shopping Trip

This place is perfect right in the middle of everything. we were not here to go to the beach we were here to shop and sight see - so this location Made it easy to go and come without busy parking lots and lobbies - it was so clean and decorated so cute - The host were very quick to respond - Great place to stay😊

Excellent Stay

Golf tournament

This is a great property. I have rented from Derek before he is a very gracious host. This unit is very clean and comfortable. It is well maintained. It is close to all shopping and dining venues. I will definitely rent this unit again when I return to Myrtle

Convenient Location- Perfectly Described

My wife and I came down for a long weekend to watch CCU Baseball. The place was very clean, had what was needed, conveniently located, and was exactly how it was described. The owner was very responsive with any question we had. We would definitely stay here again. I would give this place a 4.9…we like softer beds. For our liking, the bed was a little firm, but that is a personal preference. Very nice place.

Cozy Coastal Condo 5 stars all the way.

Great single bedroom rental unit. Nice central location and was a perfect spot for my golf weekend. Unit was exactly as described with everything i needed. Host was very responsive and will be definitely renting again if available.

Great Location!!!

This condo was ideal for local tourist attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Duplin Winery, Tanger Outlets and many restaurants. Also local shops like Food Lion, Target, CVS, etc. Both the condo and entire complex was very clean and well maintained - just as pictured and described. Check in was easy and convenient. Communication with the owner was a text/call away. I would certainly recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Amazing property and experience!

The property was exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. I have stayed at other properties owned by Derek and it has always exceeded my expectations. The condo is close to everything Myrtle Beach offers but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Great condo, great views and great host. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
