The space
CLEAN, COZY, & COMFORTABLE! This apartment is a home away from home. The apartment is open concept. Fully equipped open-concept gourmet kitchen with complimentary coffee bar. Don't worry about a Laundry Mat! The apartment includes a washer & dryer. Enjoy watching a 55" TV while you relax on a comfortable sofa or chair. Each bedroom has a cozy queen bed with 43" TV's. WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY HULU! Both bedrooms have connecting bathrooms. Master bedroom bath offers 2 sinks & oversized soaking tub. Both bedrooms have HUGE CLOSESTS! Step out on the private balcony. Enjoy the view of the dart train as it passes by and relax.

Best Dallas Secret!!!

We went to the Texas vs OU football game at the Cotton Bowl. Great location to event, good communication w/ host. Beautiful apartment with all of the amenities you could ever want. We will be looking to see if this place is available next year. Thank you so kindly for hosting us! Mike and Desiree

Very disappointing girl's trip!

This was a Girl's Trip for four of us with focus on relaxing by the pool. There were some cleanliness concerns upon arrival, but nothing we couldn't clean ourselves. We had trouble with the water pressure and drains in both showers. There were carpet nails sticking up out of the carpet and an unsecured area rug that we all kept tripping over. There was a marijuana cigarette on the balcony. The first day was shopping. Days 2 and 3 were for nothing more than sitting by the pool. Our second day we were extremely disappointed to discover that the pool was not in working order. Upon discussing this with one of the residents, we were told that the pool had been down since before the last weekend; giving the property owners ample time to communicate with us about the pool situation. However, they did not. This left us scrambling at noon on a Saturday in Dallas to try to find same day pool passes for 4 people. Not thinking we would be reimbursed, we called around for the cheapest passes possible and found none. The only passes available in our area were at a more expensive hotel. We incurred that extra expense plus the food and drinks we had to buy because we could not bring our own. We left a day early and had to find somewhere else to stay. We asked to be reimbursed for the day we paid for but didn't use and for the pool passes. We were not fully credited for the pool passes despite the fact we had a receipt. Property owners did not believe we HAD to spend that much. DO NOT RENT
