Our cozy 1919 craftsman features original hardwood floors and built-in cabinets as well as an updated kitchen and bath. As my family’s primary residence that we make available during extended periods away, the house is furnished and equipped with amenities that many short-term rentals are not.

The single bedroom features a queen bed and dresser, as well as curtains and blinds for privacy, a closet, and an iron and small ironing board for your convenience. There is a quiet, high efficiency AC unit in the bedroom window in the summer, central heat in the colder months.

Our 1919 craftsman is the perfect home away from home in Portland. Recently renovated while retaining much of its old Portland charm, the 3-bedroom home features original hardwood floors and built-ins as well as an updated kitchen and two full bathrooms. Fully furnished and located in a safe and central residential neighborhood with many amenities accessible on foot. New appliances, free washer/dryer, fast internet. Unwind on the front porch or back deck surrounded by nature-scaped gardens and seasonal fruit, and enjoy fresh eggs from the lovable flock of backyard chickens.

The open concept living/dining room features a couch, two MCM chairs, a coffee table, 55 LG Smart TV, and a fireplace. Dining table with a center leaf and four chairs. Highchair available upon request.

Bedroom one features a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, two closets, room darkening curtains and blinds.

Bedroom two features a king bed, dresser and nightstand, room darkening curtains and blinds , French doors, and access to the second story.

First floor Jack and Jill bathroom with abundant counter space, tub and shower, plush towels, and hair-dryer.

Second story features a full bath with tub and shower and lots of counter space, large walk-in closet, 65" Samsung smart TV. Twin loft bed. Built-in dresser. May be used as an office, family room, or a child(ren)s bedroom. I am happy to arrange the furniture to suit your preference.

Kitchen includes a full-sized LG smart refrigerator/freezer, gas oven and range, microwave, silent dishwasher, drip coffee-maker, French press, plenty of counter space, a kitchen island and stools, and all the essentials for cooking or reheating leftovers from the many nearby restaurants.

High speed wi-fi and desk in the living room.
Free smart washer/dryer, full-size ironing board and iron in the basement.
Private driveway parking and ample free street parking in front of the house.
New HVAC system with central heat and AC.

Feel free to relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces including the covered front porch and back deck.

There is a standalone mother-in-law suite and the end of the driveway, but none of the indoor or outdoor space are shared.
