You will be able to enjoy water views through the large sliding patio doors while watching the 50 inch smart tv in the main living room.

• Second bedroom includes a King bed, large closet and dresser for additional storage.
A sleeper sofa in the living room folds out to provide extra sleeping space

The Yacht club area is fantastic and has so much to offer. From the miles of canals to the short walk to 47th Terrace for fantastic bars clubs and restaurants as well as first class shopping.
