We have found our space to be clean, comfortable, ample space & perfect for walking location from downtown, yet still quiet. Loved the combination modern interior within the preserved historical exterior. Host was excellent & fast with communications.

Our studio suite and the entire property was just what we were looking for as a base for a girls' weekend in Eureka Springs. Tucked towards the top of Spring Street between the shopping and historic districts, the building is quiet yet accessible to downtown. They did a very nice job with the renovation of this historic property. Parking spaces were clearly marked and fit our two small SUVs easily. The room was modern, clean and well stocked, and we even got to enjoy the outdoor area and hot tub! Communication with the host was always expedient and clear. Hope to stay here again and would highly recommend!

This place was very nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. We liked having a full-size refrigerator and small kitchen. The packaged snacks provided were delicious. The only thing to make it even better would be a roomier, comfortable couch for down time. We liked having the assigned parking space. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! The room was so well done, clean and inviting, and very comfortable. It’s walking distance to the shops and has its own parking. The bed was very comfortable and even on a 104 degree day, the temperature was perfect!

As others have said, the property is within walking distance to downtown. The free parking and free laundry were also big pluses. The kitchen was very complete for a studio, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. What I didn't see mentioned is that four of the units (A, B, E, and F) require 19 steps to reach. While this wasn't an issue for me, it likely would be for someone with mobility issues.

The host was helpful, informative and very accommodating. The stay is in a prime location with easy access to everything a visitor would want to experience. The restoration to this historic property was lovely, with a clean, modern interior. It is now my favorite spot to stay when visiting ES.
