My room was very big and clean comfortable beds everything you need to use was there like phone connection. The host was very nice and with explaining where to find something. Parking is very close and spacious so no stress. Pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Me and my family we were comfortable.

Photos are very misleading. I understand based on the price the photos did not make sense but we should be shown photos of where we were actually staying first. After the booking you are provided with an email stating they want to manage expectations about the property but this should be more up front from the beginning, not showing a castle as the first 2 photos when that’s not where you are actually staying. This is highly manipulative bait and switch tactic. Room was clean but hotel could use lots of improvements.

Overall, my stay was ok. The host was good with communication and the parking is great. The room itself needs some upgrades. The decorative chair in the room was very dirty, we did not sit on it!!! The chair at the desk, was strange and uncomfortable to sit in, so we didn't use rhat one either. The room could have been cleaner. I will say, the beds were pretty comfy and the shower water was nice and hot! I did expect a nicer room for the price we paid!!!
