Great location, generally quiet area of the buildings, close to the pool. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay and not planning to spend much time in the room, then this is perfect. Can clearly hear the neighbors next door, so assume that they will be able to hear you as well.

The unit was comfortable with an extras like loveseat and armoire. Outside had nice chairs and beach equipment. We enjoyed the quiet end of the resort with steps away from parking and the recreation area with pool, lots of seating, hot tub, outdoor showers, grills and covered dining area. I will return to this unit and host in the future.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing time in Maui Banyan, the room was exactly as we expected and the buildings and nature around us were so pretty. We loved the area as well 😊

Beautiful location.

This property is so nice. We loved the pools and BBQs. The staff keep the grounds so well maintained. Our host was excellent. Would definitely look at staying again. Great little restaurants and shops near by. Across from great beaches.

Great little studio!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jean’s studio in Kihei. She was a great host, very responsive and helpful! It was a quick walk to the beach and to some of the shops and restaurants. The unit was also very close to one of the pools at the condo! The only downside was that we could hear into the adjoining unit pretty clearly. Overall, it was a great place and we would stay again!

Did not meet my expectations. Our daughter rented a unit through vrbo and was extremely pleased. Not all vrbo are the same. The ac unit was disgusting and there was basically a bed and a shower

As advertised in a great community

The unit was neat and clean and everything was as described. Banyan is a well-maintained property with good security for its residents. Only spent a couple of days, so we didn't get to use the amenties, but the location is right off the beach with plenty of shops/restaurants around.There was a slight hitch because the original unit we rented was flooded, but Jean worked to get us another unit in the same resort. Good prompt communications.

Likes: xlnt location of unit right off the upper pool. Walk to everywhere - Beach, shops, dining Dislikes: No chairs, no table, no sink to wash, no dishes or utensils. No arrival items - coffee, etc..Asked manager for chairs and a few kitchenette items, no reply

For starters, my hostess Jean was really wonderful. She was very friendly, easy to contact with any issues that may have occurred. She gave me lots advice of things to do and and places to go in the area. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet underneath was a little sandy. I loved sitting out on the lanai under the the flora and the pool and hot tub were directly across from my room as well. My only issue was that I wish I had gotten a room with a larger refrigerator and a stove to cook on.

Jean was amazing to work with! There was an issue outside of her control and initial knowledge and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

We stayed for a week. The room was perfect, exactly as described. It was clean, had sufficient beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel, gear, flippers, and the bath towels were wonderful. The air conditioning worked like a charm when it was hot and muggy. A couple stone steps right out the back door is the pool, hot tub, and barbecue area, which is so nice and convenient. The grounds are maintained beautifully and right out front is Kamole beach two. Businesses/food/bars are also super close. The owner was super attentive when we had a question she found our solutions quickly. We really appreciate everything.
