This is a very spacious condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It sleeps 5 comfortably and has the spaciousness and feel of a private residence. With ceiling fans throughout and large folding doors and windows that open to enjoy the cooling breezes from the ocean and spectacular views of the bay.

Both pools are heated, have sundecks and get plenty of sun all day, as well as shade under a palapa or umbrella.

Los Muertos beach, Old Town, Zona Romantica and Basilio Badillo street are just a 10 minute walk. In this area you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries, banks, money exchange, coffee shops, etc.

Superb views and a nice accommodation.

Rigo and the on site management were excellent at helping us with an unexpected late arrival due to airline issues. They were also easy to contact. The listing stated one of the bedrooms had a television. The only television was in the living room. The unit superficially appeared clean but the walls were covered with a black substance that turned out to be an accumulation of dust. I mentioned this to Rigo and he stated that this would be addressed at a later time which I completely understood. Condoms were found in a dresser drawer. Incredibly loud traffic in the street out front but understand that can't be helped as it is a main road. Due to the type of windows and doors, there were gaps all around. It is what it is, but you could hear many of the neighbor's discussions very easily even if they weren't talking loud. If you choose to eat in, all of the kitchen utensils that you would likely need are available. The main couch was really uncomfortable. When walking past other units it became clear that this unit could definitely use a bit of TLC, but to be fair, the price was excellent. The walk down to town was fairly easy but I would definitely recommend Uber to return. All that being said, I would definitely return.

THE VIEW!!

We had a wonderful stay in Villas Loma Linda. The best feature of the condo is THE VIEW! We saw whales everyday (bring your binoculars) and enjoyed starting and ending everyday out on the deck. We enjoyed walking down to the beach everyday too, and appreciated the stairway shortcut. Taxis are plentiful and very easy to use as was Uber. I recommend using WhatsApp to communicate with the property manager, as she explained that it is the best way to communicate quickly with her. If you are a light sleeper, like me, I suggest you bring earplugs and/or use a noise canceling app to drown out the noises from the street and the town down below. That is the only thing that was a negative for us. However, THE VIEW made up for that for sure. Also, the pool is wonderfully clean and WARM! A big thanks to owner, Rigo, who communicated with me very quickly and professionally. He was very easy to work with and I appreciated his flexibility when we had to alter our schedule slightly. We will definitely consider coming here again!

Ideal Condo near Beach & Amenities

Great layout and view, very spacious and comfortable for our family. Location is ideal, walking distance to nice restaurants, Starbucks and beach. Large heated pool, also with a view, upscale & secure building. WiFi is intermittent, so if yuou are working remote, Starbucks is your friend

Fantastic property

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. Location was close to Old Town but far enough away that it was very quiet. Spectacular view and lovely grounds and pools. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Holiday House with Spectacular View

This is an amazing place to book for a group of friends or family to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, including a spectacular view and a lovely balcony. We stayed as a couple but can’t wait to return with friends next time. While there are stairs to reach the beach or Zona Romántica, we enjoyed the walk down and even the occasional climb back up. However, you can easily take an Uber to avoid the hills. Highly recommended!

Great condo!

The condo was great and everybody was nice and accommodating. We got our steps in, but we were very close to the shops in the Romantic District and went on a few excursions every day. The place was clean and fairly well appointed. Note: if you plan to cook there you will need to grab some oil. No biggie. The pool was large and refreshing but the hot tub does not work that we could see. Again, fine in this weather. Only thing to note is that you are next to a very busy commuter road so there can be a bit of car noise and it can be a little iffy to cross the road. All in all we would stay there again and recommend friends.

Beautiful views and nice neighborhood. The stairs to the beach are right across the road and easy to navigate down. Easy to get to restaurants and melocon.

Very nice place with a great view of the ocean! When considering this wonderful VRBO against the likes of a Resort, it is like having a home away from home instead of being in a cattle hotel with so many people crammed into one building. Loved the layout and the number of beds..really good for my family of four! You can walk down to activities and the beach in less than 5 minutes if you are hoofing it. I will say that you will encounter a tremendous amount of stairs, but fear not you can Uber back up for a very small amount of US dollars ($ 2 or less) which was a life saver for trips back up to the VRBO. Great place and having access to the pools was great, my 12 and 14 year old daughters were able to go swimming whenever they wanted without supervision (safe location). Our stay was at the end of July and it was hot, but there are two mini split ACs to cool you down, one for each bedroom. Additionally, each bedroom two beds and extras could even crash on the couch. Thank you for the experience!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

Perfect for families, as there is room to spread out and the pool is a major plus!! (We were the only people in the pool each time we went! But that probably varies.) The view is phenomenal!!!! We could easily get to various restaurants, beaches, and all the things we wanted to enjoy. Others mentioned the long hike up to the condo after a long day. We did it a few times, and then opted be cheap Uber rides to drop us at the door. As a heads up, this is a more traditional building. The windows are not sealed, so there are cracks where outside heat and critters can enter. This was not a big deal for us, as it was part of the experience. But wanted to mention it as it could be a surprise for someone else. We felt like we hit the lottery with this VRBO! It was so much better than being crammed into a hotel room. It checked all the right boxes for our family of 5 (kids ages 9, 14, 18). And it significantly added to the overall experience!! We loved it!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is spotless. The view is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Cleaning service came every other day. It was easy to talk to the owner and check in. Beautifully appointed decor and very comfortable. The pool is literally the cleanest and warmest pool I’ve ever been in. It’s a little rough getting to town, if you’re not willing to do 160 stairs and a hill. Have lots of pesos ready for a short taxi ride. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. July is a little hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family of 5

Communication was great. Arrived and checked in immediately (even a little early). The space is beautiful and I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the doors open watching the water with my coffee before everyone woke up. Even though you’re on a cliff with plenty activity below the straight view is just the sea. I’ve seen lots of comments about the walk and steps. It’s true. If you’re at all hampered by bad knees or feet I’d recommend Uber. The onsite pool was nice and we used it. Never saw anyone else at the pool over 3 days. The only downside in our stay had nothing to do with the property (just timing). The unit directly above us was clearly being renovated and they were literally jackhammering up the tiles. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the space during the day and evenings were quiet. There was some miscommunication for a couple days on towels. We are a family of five but only had two shower towels. We WhatsApp’d the manager and another towel set showed up. Now we had 3 when we came back to the unit. Same drill and then another 2 sets showed up next day. Still, I can make fun from anything so watching three boys argue over who gets the towel was entertaining in that they legitimately wanted to take showers which I encourage often. In short, I do plan to stay here again and have already recommended it to 4 families.

Perfect for active people

This place has some of the best views in the city. Incredible patio and classic Mexican decor vibes. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella included. Just a short walk to the beach, but there are 300+ stairs to and from the beach, so if you’re looking to get your legs in shape, this place is for you!

Picturesque View of Romantic Puerta Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay at Loma Linda very much. The condo had all the Mexican charm and plenty of space. The pool area was beautiful and it was heated as well. There was some maintenance being done while we were there but they were very friendly and courteous. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were quiet and efficient. The location was great! Easy access to town with taxi, Uber, or walking. The only drawback was the street noise from Hwy 200 because the property, and our unit, was close to the road.

Comfy with beautiful views

Eveything about this place was amazing from the location to the views to the owner and off site manager. They were very helpful along the way with answering any questions we had. The only thing for people to know is if you're going to walk down town, its a bit of a trek. The unit is located on quite a steep hillside. There are of course taxis constantly driving by if you'd prefer. Otherwise theres some steep hills and about 150 stairs. That being said it obviously does not take away from how positive our experience was staying here. We would definitely recommend and hope to be staying here again in the future.

Very Nice Accommodations!

Great place to stay to experience the city of Puerto Vallarta! Communication is great with the Property Owner and Property Manager. Beautiful view, beautiful pool, and very nice condo! The only cons are it does involve walking up hill or up many steps from the beach if you have difficulty walking. Of course, a taxi eliminates any walking difficulties. Most of the time we had to pay 80-100 pesos for a taxi back to the condo from various locations within the Romantic Zone. But, we were a group of 4-5 people and I think they charge more when there are more than 3 people. The location is a little noisy due to traffic and some nearby contruction. But, we felt it was tolerable as a trade-off to the beautiful location and accommodations. We plan to stay here again! We love Puerto Vallarta and love this location!

Lovely Villa vacation at VLL

This is a beautiful charming Mexican villa . We were here for 3 weeks immensely enjoying the villa, the spacious deck with the fantastic view coffee in the morning a few sunrises and always stunning sunsets. The property itself is clean, well maintained and the pools are a welcome respite from hectic days out. The complex is on a steep hill off of the highway leading south out of town expect some traffic noise. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the deck all day or keeping our windows and doors open all night. A great experience overall, the property management is excellent with a wonderful cleaning team. Highly recommend, have been coming to this specific complex for decades this rental is a true gem, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with another couple and LOVED the property. Rigo was easy to communicate with. Silvia was great helping us check in and deal with a small issue. And the cleaning lady was amazing. Great property!! It is on a huge hill, but if walking isn't your thing there are plenty of cabs and ubers. Thanks for a great property.

The view, the location and the hill!

The view is breathtaking. Above the Malecón with a patio that opens to the ocean and the comfort of enjoying the sun. The location is in the heart of romantic zone. Steps away from all that you will ever need. I must mention theses steps are all up hill. Get your Uber app ready as you won’t want to walk home every night. But short ride.
