Very nice and comfortable property with room for everyone to stretch out. Walking distance from Miramar and James Lee. Short drive to Santa Rosa and Henderson. Also great food nearby.

Great location

Can't beat the location! You don't have to get in the traffic once you unpack. Lots to do nearby and great amenities in the neighborhood. Would go back!

Golf trip

Property was as listed, very clean and comfortable. It was located exactly where we needed it and was easily accessible. Overall our experience was very poaituve and we would recommend it.

Stunning House

The stay was beautiful and amazing. Fantastic location. Golf cart was also unbelievable. Don’t lose the bracelets though or you’ll be paying 100 for each one you lose.

And yes, we totally agree, the $100 charge for lost wristbands is definitely steep. Unfortunately, that’s the policy set by the HOA. They charge us that amount for the original set and only allow a limited number of replacements each year, so we’re required to follow their rules. This is charming and beautiful property.Very good for large family to enjoy.The immediate area has everything you could imagine in Destin vacation.That being said there were issueWasher non usable the entire 7 day trip.Faucet in the master would not shut off.Ended up turning the water off to the sink and just sharing the other one.House surface clean at best, at this price point I expect a clean property.We did not however get that.Lastly trash cans desperately needed to be pressure washed smell of old seafood was atrocious our entire stay.

This house was perfect for our stay in Destin. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The golf cart was a huge hit. Great way to get back and forth to the beach which by the way was 5 min away. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels. Safe gated commuinity. The WiFi did go off and on occasionally but not a big issue. Being located in the middle of the island we were close to everything. Everything worked beautifully. We would certainly return.

Beautiful, spacious home

There were four adults and we all had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The living room was spacious and lovely and comfortable. The guys loved the golf cart and used it to play golf at Regatta Bay almost every day we were there. The location is wonderful and quiet and safe.

Beautiful home, great location near amazing Crystal Beach, fabulous facilities! It was an easy process and family had a wonderful time. We had a large group and it was a great success! I would return a million times!
