Lovely property. The only comment I would make is that one needs to be fairly agile to get in and out of the shower/bathtub.

I rarely leave 5 stars on reviews because there’s almost nothing that is perfect. But in all honesty, this rental and experience was perfect. First, communication was fantastic. They were responsive, courteous, and very accommodating. Second, the property really impressed me. You can tell they deeply care about the unit, it was a perfect blend of up to date, and vintage. Everything we used was in perfect working condition. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING, and we loved that vintage style shower/tub.Third, the neighborhood was very quiet, very quaint, and very safe. I ended up having to leave a large amount of music equipment and other items in my car overnight because it would have been too cumbersome to drag it all into the unit, but I wasn’t remotely concerned with its safety. All in all, it’s nice to stay at a property where the owners truly care about the unit, and the experience of those that stay. Would absolutely stay again.

So much charm to this historic, well kept gem! We immediately felt so comfortable with the cleanliness of this home! Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. It’s a very easy walk downtown to the coffee shop, and an easy bike ride to access the MCT trails. We would be happy to book again.

Wonderful location, everything we needed for a short weekend. Attentive hosts helped us so quickly when we needed help w lock. And the air conditioning felt amazing for the hot summer weather! Thanks for making it a very pleasant stay.

This was the nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom had plenty of items for our entire stay. The host was awesome and answered my texts right away before we arrived. It was a perfect rental for us as we celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s Wedding weekend.

Comfortable Quaint Home

This was such a nice home, perfect for my family's stay in the area. We appreciated having access to the full kitchen, dining room and living room to make our stay comfortable.

Perfectly situated, clean, wonderfully appointed (soaps, makeup wipes, variety of coffee and tea), board games, nice beds and bedding and towels. Check in/out was easy and directions clear. Charming home. thank you!

Comfortable Cozy Home perfect for freinds

We really enjoyed all the little extras this host thought of. We appreciated the comfortable beds, ample outdoor space, and the speedy responses from the host, We would certainly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation rental!

Charming House and Wonderful Stay

We were in town to watch our son play baseball for SIUE. We have stayed at other homes and hotels, and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was so clean and charming( reminded me of the Milwaukee bungalow I grew up in). Great location and very reasonably priced for the amount of space. We will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy 3-bedroom apartment right in historic downtown Edwardsville. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were fantastic—always available to answer questions and genuinely welcoming. During an unexpected snowfall, they went above and beyond by letting us know where to find a shovel and ice melt, which made us feel truly cared for. It was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning during our next extended visit to Edwardsville, IL.

Great little house.

Love this older home with a ton of great updates. Super clean with nice touches of nice towels, coffee and creamer, and soap/shampoo and conditioner We loved our stay. There are 2 other apartments in the home so you will hear other people in your stay but it didn’t bother us at all.

Quaint, comfortable home

Nice, comfortable, very clean home. Kurt was very responsive to our questions. Easy to get checked in. Nice to have quite a few basic supplies in the kitchen. Home is within a short walk to downtown Edwardsville. and restaurants close by.

I come to the area frequently to see my older Dad. This is the best place in the area by far. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants, coffee shops and a cute farmers market. I work remotely and the desk in the 3rd bedroom was truly an added bonus. From the moment i walked iin I say "omg i would live here" not a detail missed in the resoration of this beautiful place. The shower is to die for. Beds are comfy and the owner is super responsive. The kitchen has everything you could need too! I will definitely stay again!

The decor is beautiful and accommodations are comfortable and clean. The hosts were very easy to work with. I recommend this location highly as it is convenient for exploring St. Louis and area.
