Welcome home away from home! We are dedicated to ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible and committed to meet your needs and preferences. Our spacious suburban family home is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway when visiting San Antonio. Nestled in a tranquil NW San Antonio neighborhood, our traditional two-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space bathed in natural light. Our cozy living room with seating for nine people and a smart TV invites you to unwind and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for large family or group meals. The kitchen also has a a sofa, high bar, and a TV for anybody to play their favorite console game (consoles not included), watch tv or sip into their favorite beverage while meals are being prepped.
When the time comes up to call it a night, all 4 bedrooms are upstairs giving you the privacy you desire. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bathroom with tub and separate shower for added convenience and comfort. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with full-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for a single guest. Making the space perfect for 7 guests sleeping comfortably. There’s also 2 inflatable full beds available per request.
Outside, relax in the large deck for alfresco dining and soaking up the sun. The deck backs up to a green belt which is home of many deer families taking their usual walks at sundown. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby OP Schnabel Park for a picnic, feeding the deer in the morning, and explore more than 20 miles of hiking trails and interconnected parks.

Only 15 mins away from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, 15 mins away from Sea World, 15 mins away from the Medical Center, 25 mins away from downtown, 45 mins away from San Marcos and 1.5 hours from downtown Austin, Tx.
Neighborhood and Surroundings:
Our neighborhood is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and peaceful ambiance. There is a Neighborhood Walmart 3 mins away, an HEB just 3 mins away as well and a Walmart SuperCenter 4 mins away. Different denomination Churches very close by. Mainland Trailhead is just 4 mins away from home and OP Schabel Park is just 5 mins away.

We want to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, so please take note of the following house rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, nor in the front driveway. The deck is the only designated smoking area.
No Parties or Events: Guests are not permitted to host parties, gatherings, or events on the property without prior host approval.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 11 adults.
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in is 4:00 PM, with an option for early check-in at 11:00 AM when possible, for an additional fee. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Respect for Neighbors: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours, to be respectful of our neighbors.
No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins and follow local waste disposal regulations.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on property; visitors may not stay overnight without host approval.
Security and Lockup: Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Kitchen Use: Clean up after using the kitchen and wash dishes before check-out.
Respect for Property: Treat the property and its furnishings with care and report any damages to the host.
Heating and Cooling: Use heating and cooling systems responsibly to conserve energy.
