The apartment is located at Via degli Avignonesi 10, approximately a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. In addition to the title of the listing, the exact location is clearly shown on the map, so guests can see before booking where the apartment is situated. The description “a few steps from Trevi Fountain” refers to the very central location and short walking distance, not to an apartment directly on the fountain itself. As for the other points, we appreciate the feedback and will review the instructions provided in the apartment to make sure they are even clearer for future guests, especially for those visiting Europe for the first time. We will also check again the lighting and TV to ensure everything is working properly. We are sorry that the apartment was not the right fit for your expectations, but we do believe the location is accurately described and remains one of the main advantages of this property.
