The house has a very cool layout with the center of the house being an enclosed patio. Needed some minor handyman repairs, but very clean and comfortable. Wish my washer and dryer worked as well as what is in this house. Would definitely stay again. Melissa was very kind and responsive to all our questions and needs.

Thank you so much for your stay and for the thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad your family enjoyed the space, the quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities. We appreciate you mentioning the sliding doors — they have since been repaired and now lock securely. Since this wasn’t brought up during your stay, we didn’t have the opportunity to address it right away, but it’s all taken care of now. Thanks again for staying with us , we’d be happy to host you anytime!

The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Thank you!A few notes: An extra set of sheets would be a nice thing to be available. The bathroom with the tub only, the tub faucet was very loose from the wall. The sink faucet in that bathroom was also loose. Otherwise the house was very clean and made it stay very comfortable!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to prepare meals for a crowd. The dining area has a nice big table for sharing meals and playing games. The space has so many windows -- very bright and cheery. The interior courtyard was unique and we enjoyed time there as well as lounging near the pool. We didn't have young kids with us, but it was a great set up for anyone traveling with littles including safety features around the pool. Very impressed with the warmth, friendliness and responsiveness of the host. Highly recommend!

Short but Sweet

The house gave plenty of space for our family/friends of 5 to enjoy. Being out all day, allowed us time in the late evenings to enjoy the house as we gathered in the kitchen to talk and laugh. Host was very responsive. responsive.

If it wasn’t for the excellent communication from the host and her offering to make the situation better I probably would have rated this property much lower. While the pictures do match the property it’s almost as if they were taken years ago. The property has several items that are in need of repair and could use a pest control company. A couple electrical outlets were missing their covers and paint was peeling from walls and cupboards. Several drawers were sticking and difficult to open or use. There is also water damage on walls in a couple of the rooms. I did end up messaging the host asking when the last time the pool was serviced because of the algae build up and “slime” she was great to respond and immediately had a pool guy come service the pool. When I mentioned the home seemed in disrepair and she might want to review expectations with her cleaners, she offered to send a repair person to make the stay more enjoyable.

5 bedroom with pool

This home’s location in Plano plus the 5 bedrooms was exactly what we needed. There are two living room areas that are on opposite sides of the house. Each has a tv. This allowed our group to separate as needed without things being so loud. There is also an outdoor pool area and a separate atrium area. The house is in a square shape. The middle is an open air atrium. It’s a really fun design and again a good layout for groups. We enjoyed the pool and the large kitchen. There was a pebble ice maker as well as k cups for coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a shopping center nearby for groceries and coffee. The host answered our questions quickly.

This property is even more beautiful in person. We loved the layout and its very spacious. The pool has a security gate which was great because we had small children. Host is very responsive and it was very well stocked. We loved the atrium with string lights! 10/10
