There is a small kitchenette with a hot plate, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Centrally located on 89A and within walking distance of shopping and dining! Whole Foods located directly across the street! NO TV!!!

Many popular trails near by, great food at walking distance, down the road from cottonwood. So many great things about this property and location but whats up with the TV in the room?

Cute and Fun

Me and partner enjoyed our stay. It was in a great spot for the sedona wine festival as well as various restaurants and stores. The decor was really fun and the functional arcade was a great touch and good fun. The mattress was extremely comfortable. I only give three stars because some of the furniture was wobbly, the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly, and some of the drawers in the dresser were broken.

Conference stay

I was in town for a conference and this proved to be a perfect location. Just a few blocks walk to my site. Nice having Whole Foods directly across the street. Good value hot bar they have there. I was pleased to see a digital code entry and plenty of space. Good sized bed and adequate refrigerator. I don’t think there was live TV. I could not figure out how to search YouTube on the TV. Other than that, this was the best bargain on the strip. Highly recommended.

A gamificational experience

If you are game players this place is themed very appropriately. It was great and it was also very dark for sleeping at night. Highly recommend this place.

Very Nice Overall but..

This place was great overall, nice location, very clean and everything as advertised. One issue was we got locked out because the touchpad battery went bad which had us locked out for a few hours, wasn't a big deal as property manager was very responsive and had a locksmith there in a little over an hour. Was promised a discount/partial refund but nothing so far. Would absolutely rent again.

Amazing space to stay in for 3 days/ 2 nights. We had a rental car and it was close to all the hiking we planned. Owner gave great trail (Faye Canton trail) & food (Torta del Fuego) recommendations that we tried and loved. We will come back here again!

Great location

Easy access to trails and uptown Sedona. Many restaurants within walking distance. Quiet at night, comfortable bed and lots of games. Easy check-in, great communication with host.

Short stay in Sedona

My wife and I decided to get away for few days in Sedona. We didn't need much so this property fit all of the boxes since we would be out a lot from hiking to exploring the town's charm and food scene. No frills but priced well. Traffic is terrible in Sedona so this was a perfect location to get to anywhere on the West side or south side of Sedona and beyond. Very private but can be dark due to the lack of windows. Overall, would recommend.

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. Great spot within walking distance to so many local restaurants and shops. Unit is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Owner has great communication before and during the stay. I will certainly be back, many thanks!
