A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.

The house is in an excellent location with shops and restaurants just a 10 minute walk from it. Great communication and easy entry with a driveway out front. Nice welcoming jam and muffin mix.

Great Location would definitely rent again

Was everything we expected, walking distance to all the shops we wanted to visit and a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. Only thing that would of made it better would be to have a patio heater on the back patio. This patio gave us a great clear views of the stars as we sat in the comfortable chairs but because it was much colder at night we couldn't stay out long.

Perfection

So happy I booked this house. Very comfortable place, it has everything you might need and located in walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, coffeeshop ant the corner, and very easy transportation shuttle across the street. Can’t make it any easier to get around! I’ll be back for sure.

Spacious, right in the heart of Upper Sedona

Lots of room to spread out and host was very communicative. It is right in the heart of Upper Sedona so you can walk to anything --stores and restaurants are literally around the corner.

Great Stay

A beautiful location a block off of the main shopping area in upper Sedona. Private parking location was a plus. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The Perfect Spot!

This home was the perfect spot for us in Sedona. It is an easy walk to downtown, easy drive to amazing hikes, had everything you needed and lots more! We would highly recommend this rental!

Cute and Great Location

This house is perfect for 2-3 people. It’s clean, comfortable and has exactly what we needed. Also, the location is prime. We could walk to dinner and shops!

nicely located in uptown Sedona

We had our own private parking spot in front of the house. The house is nicely decorated and clean.We enjoyed the walks to the shops (less than a 1/2 mile) and the Wild Craft had a great Avocado toast. Important also is the air conditioning worked great considering it was 100 degrees every day

What a lovely house!

We enjoyed everything about this cute little house. The location was great. The house was spacious, cute and perfect for two friends on a girls getaway. We enjoyed going out and we enjoyed staying in. The patios were private and comfy when we wanted outdoor space. It was quite hot when we were there so the AC was much appreciated as well.

I have been a resident of the Sedona area for thirty three years! I was born and raised in San Jose, California where I attended San Jose State University. I have worn many hats in the field of education and felt fortunate to work with children and young adults improving their literacy skills. I received my Masters degree from Northern Arizona University that allowed me to further learn about my passion for reading. I have a wonderful husband that I have been married to for thirty five years. He has a construction company that he's been the president of for the past thirty years. I have two children, a son, and a daughter. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona! I feel fortunate to have raised my children in a beautiful area that our family considers our home.

The Uptown Sedona area is the perfect location for guests to enjoy because it's conveniently located near hiking and biking trails, beautiful red rock views, restaurants, and shopping. The unique thing about the property is that it's within walking distance to all of theses amenities. The charm of the area captures the original historical origin.
