Great property!

Not only was the location quiet and convenient to the beach but the property is incredibly well stocked from beach towels and toys to cooking oils and spices. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed Wolf Beach Cottage. The space was well equipped and comfortable. The view is great and the property is a quick walk down to a beachfront park. Easy access to Langley and about 30 minutes from Coupeville. We would recommend this property!

Easy check in and quiet location not too far from Langley and Freeland and a short walk to the bay. The house was clean, lots of games, and well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable (we were in the master).

This is a lovely home and well-located on Whidbey Island -- easy access to beach and to shops and restaurants in Langley. It is well stocked and kitchen items labelled for easy access.Two minor items we wanted to bring to the owner's attention. The hand mixer and at least one outlet in the kitchen (on the wall where the sink is) are not working. There are plenty of other outlets in the kitchen, but thought you might want to take a look and also replace the mixer.We found the management company quite unresponsive to our notes and booking requests, though they did ultimately respond there were long delays and many ignored notes. I won't book again with them which is a shame, since this property is truly lovely.

We had a very nice stay. We had the need to extend our stay and it was accommodated quickly. Lots of eagles here.

The property was fabulous! The communication with the property manager was excellent. The location on Whidbey was so nice, secluded beach access yet close to Langley. The kitchen was well appointed with spices, baking supplies, oils and vinegars. We had the most relaxing week. Thank you!

Wolf Beach Cottage

Magical place

We enjoyed our stay at Wolf Beach cottage so much. The view was gorgeous, and it’s a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours bird watching and enjoying the peace and quiet on the beach. We saw deer, bunnies, bald eagles and harbor seals. If you’ve never vacationed on Whidbey Island, I highly recommend it. Why spend hours waiting in line and sweating at Disney when you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this magical place? We went kayaking, whale watching, hiking, and antiquing. We also spent a lot of time doing nothing and having ice cream every evening at Sprinkles.

Weekend Getaway

It rained most of our weekend which gave us an excuse to cuddle up on the very comfy sofa, turn on the little firestove, and binge watch Netflix. Sometimes, that's exactly what you need! Thank you!

Very comfortable and clean stay

The beds were fabulous and a nice large kitchen. Lots of natural light and fun layout. My only warning is the big set of stairs leading up to the front door. There is really no easy way to get your things into the house. Youvl are either climbing the stairs with everything you packed or hauling it up a big hill to the back door with a wagon. Either way its tough. Other than that we absolutely loved it there .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Wolf Beach cottage. If you like peace and quiet, gorgeous views and wildlife this is your place! It was clean and very well stocked. They have done a great job labeling things and making life easy! The beach down the street was one of our favorites. We really liked Freeland...check out the taco place and Whidbey ice cream! My only advice is to bring an eye mask for the master bedroom and if you love coffee just be aware they only have Keurig.

Relaxing on Whidbey

The house and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Easy, fun, peaceful walk to a huge beach where we played with our dog and even went for a brief(brisk) swim ourselves

Whidbey Escape

This is a very well-managed property, everything that one would need away from home. We loved that it was close in proximity to Double Bluff Beach, Saratoga Forest and Rocket Tacos : ) The walk down to the community beach was perfect. We will be returning!

Beautiful spot for low key vacation

This house has amazing views of the water and loved spending evenings over sunset walking down to the beach and letting our kids (4 and 2 years old) collect and attempt to skip rocks. As other reviewers mentioned, the house is fairly remote (~10 minute drive to any sort of shop or restaurant). We also visited from Sunday-Thursday and learned that many restaurants are not open those days. But we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the area. We did have one minor issue where the coffee maker wasn't working and property management didn't respond to the number on the guest manual (we later learned this number can't accept texts but wasn't stated on the manual after a slow response through VRBO messaging). Luckily our issue was minor but would advise clearer direction to guests on how to communicate if there are issues.

Our apologies go out to these guests for any inconveniences encountered regarding the coffee maker and we were happy we could resolve them quickly. It is our goal to provide excellent and expedient customer service to all our guests and we have placed our phone number on the cover of the welcome binder as well as many places inside the binder, the printout on the refrigerator, and the check in packet emailed in advance of arrival, as well as all our email correspondences. We have an on call service 24/7 for urgent matters and are always happy to help our guests quickly. Unfortunately our office phone does not receive texts and we only receive VRBO messages during business hours. The best way to reach us is through a phone call or we have now recently added a texting line as well, which is a different number than our office phone number for calls. We hope our efforts to provide excellent service will benefit all our future guests.

Clean and comfortable

Will definitely stay again. Property was clean and comfortable. Great location and wonderful water views. Neighborhood deer walking through the property each am was an added bonus!
