This gorgeous new home in Auburn is located just 3 minutes from Auburn University! The home offers an open floor plan and cozy beds perfect for your next trip to your favorite college town. The single level home connects a spacious living room and full kitchen with a large dining table and bar seating! The primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious closet. The second and third bedrooms also include queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom. The home is perfect for your next Auburn football game, basketball game, graduation and more with room for hosting family and friends! No Pets Allowed.

This home features a Keurig coffee maker.

The entire Townhouse is yours for the duration of your stay.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, text, phone and the property manager is always close by.

Parking is in the driveway. Only ONE car can be parked on the road per the HOA.
No smoking is permitted inside.
No outdoor fires.
No pets allowed - if we find that you have had a pet in the home, we will send you an additional bill for a deep cleaning of the unit.
No parties or events allowed inside or outside of the home.
No loud music after 10 pm.
Be respectful of neighbors.

Family, friendly property with very clean rooms and kitchen. Location is decent but a little bit far to walk to the stadium only issue was the outside trash was very full from the the last clients. We did let the property manager know by text. Hopefully they can get ahead of it. I would stay here again.

What a wonderful property! Perfect for any event you might need to attend for Auburn University. It was very clean, perfect location. 5 stars for sure!

At arrival, we could not get into the property as the entry code that we had been given did not work. We had to call the office to get a working entry code. When I called the office, I was told that they had not checked the property prior to check-in. When we arrived the Thermostat was OFF, and the home was 78 degrees (on a hot day). The AC did not work. We had to follow up multiple times with the office to get a response on what the plan was to fix the issue with the air conditioning. Several hours after our arrival, an HVAC tech was finally dispatched and worked on the issue. It still took another 4 hours for the property to reach a normal temperature levelWe were offered an alternative property, however the office suggested we bring our own cleaning supplies as they could not confirm the property had been checked for readiness.Regarding property. - there is no closet space in the master bedroom to hang/store clothes. It is locked. Not mentioned in the property description.One of the primary reasons that we chose this home was that it was managed by a property management company with the expectation that it would be checked and ready for our arrival. That was not the case. I did reach out to the property management company after our stay to share this feedback and no response.
