Very clean, very spacious, a lot of living spaces to spread out. The kitchen had everything you might need and more. And having all the drawers and cabinets labeled was great. Really comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed staying. The house is right on the Mississippi River and is in the heart of the Twin Cities. The kitchen was really weak equipped and was the nicest of the 20 VRBOs we have stayed at. The host was outstanding, highly communicative and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect; the appliances, amenities, and size were perfect for our group. We wanted something where we could get some quiet when needed but not be too far away from everyone. I couldn't get over the small details throughout the entire house that made our stay extra awesome, including all the towels, the signs explaining things on the walls, the extra touch of a family photo and a description of who we were renting from, and the entertainment areas and laundry room. The outside fire pit was a huge cherry on top. This property is a little pricey, but it was well worth it. The communication with the landlord was excellent. The location is great! took us about 25 min to get to MOA. Someone left an important item behind, and Sarah still communicated and, if it is found, will make a way for us to retrieve that item. Great customer care; I highly recommend staying with Sarah. This property is beautiful and clean.

Very comfortable for 6 adults. Clean, everything labeled (thanks...so much easier to navigate a kitchen!) and many additions that made you feel at home....popcorn, candy, tea, granola just to name a few. Watched sporting events on the big screen TV and took turns on the massage chair. Communication was excellent, nice neighborhood. We stayed in winter but bet it would be awesome in the summer! Nice job Sarah!

Girls weekend

We defiantly enjoyed the house! It was perfect for our group of 8 ladies! Enough beds for each of us. The decor is beautiful the view is relaxing. We could play games around the large table in the kitchen or watch a movie! Just just separate and go relax in one of the comfy chairs outside.

Our entire group was so impressed by the level of detail at this property! Sam and Sarah thought of everything we could have needed. The property was absolutely gorgeous, well cared for, well cleaned, well labeled and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the river view was spectacular. Also it was very easy to access from the highway and was a fairly central location for our friend group without being right in the city. The home theater set-up was amazing and easy to use. We loved the second oven for meal times for a large group and the massage chair was a big hit! 10/10 would recommend! Some of the ladies in our group even talked about sharing this property with their out of town family for when they come to visit the TC metro.

We had a group of 12 and fit perfectly here. Everything is set up beautifully and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area. Its a quick drive downtown but perfectly relaxing by the river
