This waterfront hotel has direct access to the Gulf waters. Please note that our unit does not have a waterfront view. Amenities include a waterfront pool, WIFI, Gym, Laundry facility (at guests' expense). Live the RESORT LIFE! Have dinner and drinks at the waterfront tiki-bar/restaurant, take a dip in the waterfront pool and then go back to your cozy unit to relax/sleep and do it all over again! Located few minutes from Sarasota Airport/Ringling Museum and beautiful beaches.

As you step into this inviting space, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The condo features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV and a futon bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to three guests.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for preparing simple meals and snacks during your stay. You'll find a microwave and a mini fridge to store your favorite drinks and snacks. Well-appointed bathroom that features a shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl and hair dryer. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

The condo/hotel is part of RAMADA by Windham hotels. If any of the amenities doesn't operate at any time, please address the front desk as we do not manage them nor are responsible for their functionality. No refunds will be issued. Guest must verify all access hours with the front desk.

*The property is managed by the hotel; we will help you the most we can, but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide a refund for this matter. We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community, and we do not have any control. No refund will be issued.

*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges, and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for the purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests, or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
