We had absolutely everything we needed for a great week at the beach! So many little thoughtful details really added to our week. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and my girls were very appreciative of the extra hair bands!! Steps away from the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was exactly as described, and one of the cleanest our family has ever stayed at. They also offered everything we could ever possibly need for the trip (beach towels, chairs, etc). Quick and helpful responses from the host.

Wonderful stay!

This was a great property! It was updated, very well maintained and CLEAN! The host was incredible and very easy to chat with! We will be staying here again!

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and all the extras (beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo, coffee pods, etc.) were greatly appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Although we had a small glitch in checking in, the host was immediately available and friendly in helping us reset the door code. The condo was recently renovated, very clean, and fully stocked! In comparison to other condominiums this one was excellent. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and glassware as well as other helpful items, such as ziplock bags, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and cookbooks. The washer and dryer were large capacity and capable of handling a full load. The host supplied laundry tablets and dryer sheets. The host supplied basics in the bathrooms as well. You’ll find shampoo, conditioner, soap and an emergency first aid kit (if needed). There were even hair ties which my daughters appreciated for those windy beach days. Although one of the beach chairs was broken, we were perfectly happy with the remaining three, the sturdy beach umbrella, two boogie boards and sand buckets. The beds were comfortable, including the pullout couch! The beddings were cozy and extra were supplied if needed. The pool is a bonus on site as well! The only major negative is you cannot use the balcony. The AC blasts HOT air on the deck making it unusable. The AC also hums/rumbles extremely loudly in the master bedroom as it butts right up to the master bedroom. If you’re a light sleeper, pick a different unit. The other rooms weren’t as affected from the AC noise. Overall, we had a great stay for the week. Would come back.

Excellent place!

This place was exactly as advertised. Everything was super clean and brand new! It was perfect for our week at the beach. Loved the little extras that were provided. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect family vacation condo!

The condo was so nice and inviting and was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and other attractions. We were steps away from the ocean and enjoyed a picnic on the beach daily. I appreciate that the owner provided chairs and beach towels, as well as other supplies that we didn’t even realize we needed! During our stay, I had a few questions and Kem was always available with quick feedback. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family vacation.

A Summer Place - Cherry Grove Beach

Kem's condo was even better than the pictures on the website! Extremely clean and comfortable. We actually loved the view from the balcony - looking over the rest of Cherry Grove. Tropical storm Debby came through during our time there and we felt supported the whole time. Can't recommend this condo enough!

Nicely Remodeled!

Very nice room with comfortable beds. Communication with host was top notch. Only downside is not having elevator. It’s on 3rd floor and with luggage this is tough.

Such a great experience!

Kem is fantastic to work with. Is unit is well appointed with newer fixtures and appliances. Seems like every need was well thought out before we arrived. Cherry Grove is a fantastic location and this unit is in easy walking distance to the water. I highly recommend this owner and the value he provides with this rental!

Better than home!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the decor! It’s stylish, thoughtfully designed, and feels like something straight out of a magazine. Every detail was clearly chosen with care, creating such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.The space was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with cozy furnishings and everything we needed to feel right at home. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests’ experience.The host was absolutely incredible: responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ve stayed at many beach rentals, but this one stood out in every possible way.Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

It was a very nice place and in a great location. The host was very thoughtful with placing some amenities. Very well stocked , she had thought of everything. I would stay here again . Wonderful beach access and it was clean and not crowded .The stairs are definitely a workout and wouldn’t recommend if you have health problems or aren’t in fit condition overall an amazing place to visit . Me and my girlfriends had a great time .
