Really enjoyed our stay at Patti's place. Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated.Also, quick 2-3 minute walk to Church Bay Beach (excellent snorkeling) Bus stop very close for easy access to other points on island.Had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Patty was a wonderful host. She was kind enough to set up our taxi to and from the airport and we were able to pickup groceries on the way. The space was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. We would love to come back!

The apartment was very comfortable. It was a home away from home. It was especially lovely to sit out in the large garden and relax after a day of beach sightseeing. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. The walk to the beach, Gibbs lighthouse, restaurant and bus stop made it very convenient.

We stayed at the end of Aug for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Patty and Junior go above and beyond and took us for grocery shopping the next day because we missed the pre arranged taxi from airport to the house due to lightning near the airport. The house is 5 mins away from bus #7 and 8 mins away from church bay beach, which has a lot of fishes for snorkeling and it’s not crowded at all. Bus 7 or 8 are useful but you might want to check shoreline app for the arrival time, otherwise waiting for 15-30 mins is not fun. The app is somewhat useful but some buses are not tracked and will not show up. Junior also kindly drove us to Henry VIII for dinner which is about 20 mins walk away. I highly recommend this and we will definitely come back! Patty and Junior and their lovely family also lives here and they are all really nice!

Patty is the best. She made us feel so welcome and even sent a car to the airport to pick us up. The apartment was immaculate and the property was enchanting. A hop skip and a jump to a beautiful beach. And our favorite part of the stay was Scooter the dog. The most perfect dog . A dog just makes the place feel so homey. He is the best dog in the world. He would pop in to see us and we would play fetch. It just added to feeling of being in a loving home. We will never forget our stay at Patty's it was perfect. Thank you Patty

A great spacious property well equiped with a very attentive and helpful host.Ideally located to the nearby Church Bay and for the bus routes on South Shore or Middle Road for trips around the island.

Patty's place was a perfect spot for our family of four. It was located a short walk from beautiful Church Bay and between the 7 and 8 bus routes, making getting around the island a breeze. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed with anything you could possibly need (grill, beach towels, comfortable bedding, working AC, ample backyard space, and an outdoor shower to clean the sand off from a day at the beach). World-class Horseshoe Bay is a few quick stops by bus. Restaurants are a bit further afield, but our taxi from BDA (organized by Patty) stopped on our way to do an initial grocery run. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Patty, Junior, Andy, Hayley and the kids (Scooter!) thank you for a lovely stay in Southampton! We hope to return soon!

Very Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the bus stop and there's a small, beautiful beach close by. Patti and her family are very nice.

Patty and her family were very welcoming and so kind. The place had all the amenities we could’ve hoped for. They were very helpful with guiding us in how to navigate the island since it was our first time. Could not recommend this place enough! Hopefully we will be back soon!

Great, modern and well-appointed apartment with large kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was close to the bus stop and we were quickly and easily able to get to all of the South Shore. Patti was very helpful.

Great Property, Great Host

Had a fantastic stay - the property is in a beautiful lot and very well maintained. Pleasant, friendly hosts, very clean and anything we could need was provided. Highly recommended.

Great for families

Very gracious hosts. The home is recently renovated - nice, clean and well appointed, with a large yard for younger kids to run and play.

A wonderful place

Patty and Junior were wonderful hosts, along with the rest of their family they welcomed us into their home. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the grounds were lovely and the location was an ideal spot to either relax at a nearby beach, or take a bus to the many attractions!
