I wanted to personally address the concerns you mentioned: • Pots and pans: Unfortunately, some of our newer cookware went missing during previous stays. We do provide Pam cooking spray to help prevent sticking, but we understand that having dependable cookware is important. • Coffee maker: We checked the Keurig and found it working, but we’re sorry it gave you trouble during your stay. We now have a backup coffee maker available so our guests can still enjoy their morning coffee! • Ceiling fans and ceilings: Thank you for bringing these to our attention. We’ll ask our cleaning team to give these areas extra attention and double-check them before guests arrive. • Upstairs temperature: With the changing weather, we’ll be adjusting the upstairs heating to keep things comfortable. There are also two queen-size blankets in the living room for extra warmth. We’re sorry we didn’t make their location clear and will be sure to let future guests know where to find them. • Cleaning-supply cabinet: We found the soap residue you mentioned, and it has been cleaned. Thank you for pointing it out. • Solar lights: Thank you for the reminder! These were already on my list to address, and I’ll make sure they receive attention. Ironically, there have been times when I’ve considered swapping some of the pots and pans with my own because I like The Hideaway’s better. 😁 Coffee maker (Keurig): We checked the Keurig and found it to be in perfect working order, but we’re sorry it gave you trouble during your stay. We now have an additional Keurig available so guests won’t be without coffee if one happens to malfunction. After all, we know how important coffee is! 😆 We take a lot of pride in our mini coffee bar and hope it brings our guests a small sip of joy. ❤️ Ceiling fans and ceilings: Thank you for bringing these areas to our attention. We’ll ask our cleaning team to give them extra attention and double-check them before each guest arrives.
