This is a great location for our vacation to Boston, Plymouth, Newport, Nantucket. We had a great time and enjoyed staying in this house.

Overall the house suited our family needs for a long weekend in MA. Property is centrally located to access Boston city center, lower cape area and Gillette Stadium. The only improvement is more outlets near bed location. Additionally, since we arrived in the evening - it would be nice to have some solar lighting to guide us to the house. the house was inset from the main road therefore had to find the entrance to the driveway.

This home was wonderfully decorated, very clean and was very well equipped with the amenities we needed. We needed a home while our homeWas under renovation and we had to be out for several days, and it accommodated us perfectly!! It also was pet friendly which was extremely important and had the perfect backyard for her to run around. If this is a location y that suits your needs, I highly recommend..

Great spot to stay for Fieldstone Show Park Horse Show

Clean, spacious, great amenities, and close enough to the horse park. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay and very convenient to several places we visited and easy access to highways. It was only 25 min from our daughter’s wedding venue in Bridgewater.

The host was very responsive and welcoming. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was so lovely and we cooked a family dinner. Loved the festive touches.

Property and house were as expected from listing. Very spacious. We had a few minor things come up. Once we reached the host they were dealt with in a timely manner. We would stay again.

Great people to rent from

We had a really nice stay there. Although there was a glitch on their end causing the cleaning service to show up unexpectedly, they more than made up for the minor inconvenience. Would definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house truly felt like a home rather than a hotel. It was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.The location worked well as a home base for day trips to Salem, Plymouth, and Boston. We did encounter one minor issue during our stay, but after contacting the host, it was resolved within an hour. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with.There were just a few things future guests should be aware of. I hadn't realized the property was located in a commercial area, with businesses on either side, and there was some road noise. Fortunately, the air conditioning units helped block out most of the sound.A couple of small suggestions for the host: the listing mentions that shampoo is provided, but there wasn't any in the bathrooms during our stay. It would also be helpful to let guests know in advance that the cold water has a noticeable sulfur smell, as it can take a little getting used to. Finally, providing checkout instructions ahead of time—such as what to do with used towels, linens, and other departure expectations—would make the checkout process clearer and more convenient.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Stay in Lakeville

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and spacious with all the rooms of good size. The kitchen was nice, had most of what we needed to cook a meal (no spices, just salt and pepper). It was just what we needed for our 3 night stay with our adult kids. And, the price was more reasonable then most in the area

Lakeville Stay

The overall stay was good. I would have liked more A/C units, especially upstairs. A grill and seating on the outside would have been nice as well. We did enjoy the home even though we had to do some plumbing work to clear the upstairs tub which had a small toy car stuck in the drain. We had to repair it because we were standing in several inches of water to take a shower which we figured out and repaired 2-days into our stay. After that, the drain worked fine.

Comfortable Accomodations

My family and I were visiting other family in the area and were not at the rental most of the time. We were there for sleeping. The road was a busy one, although window air conditioners drowned out the noise for most of us. We found a Thai food truck that was amazing, and we recommended it to other family members also. Tuk Tuk Pad Thai By Puff & Pie Thai Cuisine 78 Main St Ste 105, Lakeville, Ma 02347. We would recommend to the hosts that they add coffee, tea and a variety of sweeteners to the rental's kitchen. We purchased and added an old-fashioned whistling tea kettle to the kitchen's supplies.

In general very nice. Lowered things but as ac unit inBR downstairs not closed securely and ants, a spider, caterpillar and another bug I didn’t recognize werevisitirsAlso couldn’t get connected to the internet most of the visit. And lastly, there is no outlet bear the bed and I needed my cpap machine plugged in. I found an extension cord but prototypes the safest arrangement for anyone. A light beside the bed. Would have been convenient. But it was functional and near family and that was the main consideration. Thank you. And completed the puzzle!!!

Perfect Thanksgiving

My husband & I were able to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving with our adult children who live in the area. Even though the two of us were the only people who actually slept in the house, it was big enough to have our 3 children, 1spouse, and 2 dogs feel comfortable. The kitchen is huge and unbelievably well stocked with everything needed to cook a turkey and bake bread and cookies. We did have to bring 2 chairs from one of the kids so we all had seating around the table, which is huge as well. We then played some games and had a great time. There were plenty of bathrooms and plenty of hot water. The only thing I would suggest for the master bath, which has a rainfall shower, is bring a shower cap if you don't want your hair wet. Or just use the upstairs shower. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens. The only negatives of staying at this property are the traffic which can be heard early in the morning when people are headed to work and then again when they are headed home. The only other thing is that the staircase makes a lot of noise, so make sure you're not going to have to come downstairs for anything once everyone is asleep. I want to end by thanking the host again for allowing our dog to stay at the property, and allowing our daughter's dog to come with her to visit. It's so hard to find a nice place that allows dogs. This property is SO much better than having to stay in a hotel!

This is an old farm house with lovely updates but part of the charm is a squeak here and there from stairs and floor. I loved it! It is located not too far from BOS and close enough to the coast to make a great day trip.

This rental was very well equipped for our stay and was a charming home. It had everything we needed with no complaints. The host was friendly and replied in timely manners. We will definitely keep this place on the list for future visits
