Hi Jayme, Our listing description, fees, and messages clearly state a pet fee per pet, per night. You did not declare or pay for your pets, and it appears you are confused about the charges, even though they were clearly itemized in the VRBO charges. You are upset that you were charged the pet fee at checkout. We charged you based on what we see on the exterior cameras. Next time, please declare and pay for your pets during booking and not try to get away with your pet fees.

Thank you for your wonderful review, Jennie! We're so glad our home provided the peaceful retreat you needed and that you found it convenient and pet-friendly. We appreciate your note about the gates and will look into possible improvements for smaller pets. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
