Enjoy this recently renovated, garden-style apartment featuring two bedrooms with king size beds, full bathroom, fully-stocked kitchen, and outdoor patio. Located in Heath, nestled near the Forest Hills Golf Club, you'll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Relax after a long day on the large sectional couch, or retire to one of the two bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds. This home has everything you need, in a quiet setting with off street parking. Shared laundry available for guests.
This spacious apartment has plenty of natural light and an open living room for gathering with the family or roommates. When it's time to relax, each private bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and a space to recharge.
There is a smart lock on the entry door. We will provide you with your unique access code on check-in day. The building has a private parking lot that offers free off-street parking. Please limit to two spots per unit.
For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet.
Hosts live offsite, but we are available via phone or platform messages. We're happy to leave you to explore the area on your own, or offer local recommendations and answer any questions you may have about the home.
Surrounded by greenery and winding roads, Forest Hills is a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood just minutes from historic downtown Newark, Licking Memorial Hospital, and the future site of the Intel plant. The area offers a quiet escape for busy travelling workers, relocating families, or visiting explorers.
A car is highly recommended.
Please be courteous to the other residents living in the building. The parking lot and laundry area is shared amongst all four units in the building.
- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet. Any unapproved animal in the property at any time is subject to a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
- No Parties. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor.
- No Smoking on the property, no exceptions. This home, garage, and all outside space is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping inside or outside, as the smoke can bother the neighboring units/homes. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $1,000 fine or collection if necessary and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely. We strongly recommend that you not book this home if you or anybody in your group smokes.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
- Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation and professional cleans every 30-45 days at an additional charge.
