My husband and I are parents to a 14-year-old hockey player, and most weekends you’ll find us cheering him on. Outside of the rink, I enjoy yoga, dabble in piano, and love good wine and conversation.

While many homes nearby are being revitalized, the neighborhood retains its historic charm, featuring beautifully preserved Victorian architecture that reflects Pittsburgh’s rich industrial past. The recent renovation of the Garden Theatre highlights ongoing revitalization efforts that blend modern amenities with historic character.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Allegheny Commons Park, one of Pittsburgh’s oldest parks, offering green spaces and trails for relaxation or recreation. The nearby Three Rivers Heritage Trail along the rivers provides scenic paths for walking, running, and biking.

One of the biggest advantages of our property is parking—a rare find in the North Side. We guarantee a spot in our private off-street lot, right where you enter the house. If additional parking is needed, our guests can also use the Allegheny General Hospital garage directly across the street, making it simple to accommodate extra vehicles.
The house features three well-appointed bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds, providing plenty of space for individuals, couples, or families with little travelers. The third bedroom has a double bed with a new pillow-top mattress, perfect for extra comfort and cozy cuddles. Two of the bedrooms come with 45-inch TVs, so you can stream a favorite movie or show after a busy day in the city. With three bathrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and avoid morning bottlenecks.
The spacious kitchen is designed for families and groups to cook together and enjoy meals with ease. Sip a glass of wine at the pub-style table while the chef in your group works their magic—making it feel truly like your home away from home. The living room is bright and inviting, featuring a large Pittsburgh print in a custom hand-crafted frame built by my father-in-law when we couldn’t find one within our budget. It’s a little touch that makes the space personal and unique.
With ample space, thoughtful details, and unbeatable convenience, our home provides a welcoming base for enjoying everything Pittsburgh has to offer, whether you’re here for sports, museums, dining, or just quality time with family and friends.
