No hot tub
First of all, I have never had to do a bad review. We arrived and had no check in instructions, I had to call the host to be able to get into the door. The showers were pretty dirty, the “hot tub” (which is actually a garden tub in the bathroom) had dirt and hair still in it from the previous stay. The pool was very dirty, it was too cold to swim, but still takes away from the experience. The grass was shin high in the yard.
The house itself is very nice, just wish the upkeep matched the beautiful house.
I had to text her to get instructions to leave. Overall I would say this host is not very organized and the house upkeep needs to be maintained better. I also feel there is some false advertisement due to the listing showing a hot tub, but it does not work. That was one of the biggest reasons we chose this place. Cleanliness of the cleaning crew was not up to par either….my wife had to clean both showers before her and my daughter would use them.
