**Our policy is to not rent to groups under the age of 25**

This newly decorated home with 3 full bedrooms ( +a loft area with full size bunk beds & sleeper sofa), 3 1/2 bath home which is located on Gulf Drive is just steps from the stunning white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. It has its own private pool.


This Gulf Drive home consists of a large, fully stocked kitchen that opens to the living room area, which is newly decorated with 2 sofas and a, 2 chairs which provides ample seating area to view the 42' flat screen TV. Off the living room is the dining table that seats 8 and extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Finishing off the 1st level is a bedroom with a queen bed , bathroom and a full size laundry room. The 2nd level offers 2 large bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private deck viewing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Along with the spacious master, there is also a large bedroom with a queen bed. The 3rd level holds the 'kids hideaway' which has 1 set of full bunk beds , sleeper sofa and a sitting area with views of the 32' TV, along with its own 1/2 bath. The 3rd level leads to the large, partially enclosed deck with table, chairs and seating area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the crashing waves

In addition to the large deck, you can also enjoy the private salt water pool with chairs and a grill so you can prepare your favorite seafood dinner. If you prefer to dine out, we are located just moments away from some of Panama City beaches restaurants, Schooners, Patches Pub, Scampys and Montego Bay. All of these restaurants are within walking distance.

Also just moments away is St. Andrews Park, numerous amusement parks, and nightlife.

To keep our home beautiful for you and our next guests, we do not allow smoking inside the home and pets are not allowed. We also do not allow rentals to persons under the age of 25, unless with a family. No house parties allowed

Great Time

Great location, convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. It was a perfect spot for the two families. We have plenty of room and then some.

GREAT location!!

Location is what made this stay worth the trip, across the street from public beach access and was easy walk to the beach… the house was mediocre at best… has wiring problems( they left notes on how to fix things when the outlets trip)…cleaning was mediocre!! Lots of dust hanging from ceiling fans.. jetted tub does not work( due to former guest flooding the bathroom had to cut jets off)… pool area not great… pump and jets only come on late at night and can’t swim at night due to no lights in pool area… sleeping arrangements were as stated and worked well for our family… plenty of towels and beach towels to use

Great location

Beautiful home located right across the street from the beach. Perfect location for our family with 4 grandkids ages 4 and under. The older boys loved the bunk room and view from the deck was amazing. Lots of seating for everyone at the kitchen table and island. Bedroom and bath for each couple was nice with plenty of room for pack-n-play for each baby. Communication with Christy was excellent and check in was super easy. Hope to be back to stay again!

Perfect!

The property is perfectly located on PCB's quiet east end just steps from the beach. Views across the gulf from deck are beautiful. The home is actually larger than appears in pictures. There is plenty of room to spread out for quiet time. Grandparents enjoyed the ground level bedroom. Adults took second floor and kids claimed the bunks. I didn't want to fight crowds, elevators and parking garages/permits. This home delivered. The private pool is an added bonus. Kids loved it. We cooked several times and wanted for nothing. Starter supplies are provided. Also, enjoyed the family photos throughout. It's a nice personal touch and confirms you're renting from a homeowner not an agency. Christy is responsive and addressed all our questions and concerns promptly prior to and during our stay. We will definitely return!

Excellent family vacation

Excellent location and home!! We enjoyed our stay, The property was alittle dirty when we arrived, my MIL and I cleaned up alot from the previous guests. But the beds were clean and everything was in working order. So we didn't mind. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time on our Thanksgiving Vacation. The home is well equipped and could t be in a better location. It is close to everything but far enough from the crowd. We’ll definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

FABULOUS

The reason for for cleanliness 4 star was not their fault it was due to the previous guest who destroyed her house. This house is amazing and gorgeous and whoever stayed before us did not care what they did to it. The owner was VERY helpful and made the entire process smooth. The beach was steps away and very easy to get to. This area of the beach was quiet and there was plenty of room for everyone and not crowded! Highly recommend this house and this area.

Fantastic House with a View

This house was perfect! 144 steps to the beach and a pool. Everyone had their own bathroom and the street is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Before my husband and I met, we had always traveled to the PCB area to vacation. When we had kids we could not think of a better place to begin taking beach vacations with our kids. When it came time to purchase a beach property there was no other place that we wanted to buy.

Unlike many of the advertised 'gulfviews, within steps' to the beach properties, we are truly just steps to the white sands. Just across a very small street, Gulf Dr. No busy streets to cross to have beach access. Along with easy access, you can hear the waves crash from the many decks to view from.
