We enjoyed our stay, close walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. House was clean, stylish and appreciated the amenities available. Would stay again. No complaints here ;)

We were within walking distance to the beach and there were shops to pick up a few things. Nice relaxing place.

Convenient to the beach

Easy access to the beach. Slightly quieter part of Hampton Beach.

Turtle Cove property

Turtle Cove was a great place to stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Leslie was responsive and helpful...would highly recommend, and definitely hope to return.

We had an enjoyable visit to this attractive and well kept unit. The location was prime to beach, boardwalk and major traffic routes. The Hosts were very attentive. Our first stay with with you was memorable!

perfect place

this place (ground floor) was perfectly layed out... and stocked with everything we needed. short walk to the beach.... kept very clean...

Great spot right near the beach! Beautiful and spacious apartment. Amazing water pressure in the showers :D Spotlessly clean, washer/dryer worked well for us. Good and timely communication from the host about check-in/check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay

I would recommend this place to antone. Great location to the beach and a convenience store around the corner. Be sure ro bring all toiletries as there was no shampoo or body wash. You could definitely hear the upstairs neigbbor (we were in unit 1) but nothing that disrupted us.

The place is prettier in photos. There was need of some updates, especially the showers - curtains didn't reach to the floor so water spilled out and mildew was growing. Furniture needed cleaning. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable.

I’m really sorry to see that you left us a poor review. You messaged us after only a couple nights staying with us telling us something came up at home and you needed to “unfortunately cut your trip short.” You asked for a refund for the remaining nights. When we said your stay was non refundable you threatened to leave us a bad review, and here we are. You seemed to love your stay prior to us refusing to refund you as something came up at home and you couldn’t stay the rest of your time. We ask you do not book with us again.

The Whale Spout was the perfect location. It was just a block away from the beach and a couple blocks away from the Seafood Festival and tons of shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy and clean but a bit tight in certain spaces. If you're mobility isn't 100% it may be more difficult for you to maneuver up the stairs to the unit, past the bed in the primary bedroom and in the small shower. I also loved that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two showers. It worked great for my friend and I who traveled together to have our own space. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - here are some pros and cons of the property:ProsBlocks from the beachFairly quiet roadRental company that runs it is responsiveUpdated decor insideEasy check inDedicated parkingConsCould hear every step in upstairs rental unit (fortunately, not in the bedrooms)Couldn’t use three season porch due to heat from sun exposure (a ceiling fan would really help)Heavy comforters on beds, no extra linens or light blanketsWiFi in master is spottySmoke alarms in both bedrooms have been removed (the plates are on the ceilings but no alarms)

Whale Spout

Very good overall. Close to beach. Problems … water took a long time to turn to hot for hand washing and showers. Porch windows would not open… when we got in temp read 78 on the main unit…. Took a long time to get it down to 68. We had a hard time controlling temperature.. There was no lobster pot. You need one.
