Resort Style Living - A Beautiful Island Retreat Just Steps From The Beach!
Enjoy the very best of island time in this tropical retreat located in the south corner of Fort Myers Beach next to Lover's Key State Park. This condo is located in Waterside, a gated community on the very southern tip of the island with direct access to Bay and Gulf waters. This is a monthly rental (30-day minimum) that boasts private access to the beach and first-class amenities, including: swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts and a private fishing dock. Please note that a $150 lease application fee is required by the HOA three weeks prior to your arrival.

My wife and I are keen sailors and enjoy spending time on the water. Our Florida home truly is a paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches around our property, and Lover's Key State Park, are among the most beautiful in SW Florida. Manatee and dolphin sightings are common and the beaches here, even during the busy season, remain quiet. Paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, sailing or just relaxing on the beach and enjoying the sunset will make your stay here truly a memorable one.

We chose the southern end of Fort Myers Beach as we have easy access to the State Park just two miles from our condo that offers amazing trails for hiking and mountain bike riding. Santini Plaza, a short walk (one mile) provides a marvelous and convenient selection of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors. Sanibel and Captiva Island are also just a short drive from our property.

Our condo has been decorated with artwork and souvenirs collected during our 14-year sailing voyage around the world (2007-2021). Photos, paintings and sculptures from all corners of the globe - Cuba, Tahiti, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia - adorn each room, making this condo more than just a seasonal rental, but a truly unique and welcoming tropical retreat.
