Green cabin close to University of Central Missouri and Whiteman AF Base

Enjoy a quiet stay in the country at our modern cabin that has a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen air mattress and another loft with a twin air mattress and a sofa bed in the living room. Our lofts are only 5 feet high, so you'll have to stay low while using them. We offer a full kitchen, full bath, A/C, heat, WiFi (we are out in the country and sometimes the wifi doesn't always work). We are minutes away form UCM and Whiteman AF Base (home of the B2 Stealth Bomber), and only an hour from Kansas City. The Rock Island Trail is 7 miles away and we can provide shuttle service if needed. Our amish bulk food store is located on the property for a unique shopping experience. EV charger is also available on the property. We do have security cameras in the driveway and parking lot that is monitoring 24 hours a day.

The property managers were so friendly and helpful. It was nicely situated from UCM but it felt like I was camping :). I enjoyed my short stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed this cabin. We went to the UCM homecoming and this cabin was a great weekend spot! It was secluded, quiet and clean. We sat and had a great chat in the small living area - it was just the right size to accommodate the two of us.

The hosts were very considerate and turned on the lights and heat for us since we got in really late. Cabin was great and it was nice and quite. We saw some deer right outside the door. We were also able to get some AlfaGal friendly items from the store right by the cabins! Definitely will be back!

Graduation

We stayed in the cabins for my sons graduation from UCM. This is the second time we stayed and it’s a great place. It’s quiet and the owners very friendly.

Family get away

The cabins are great and the area will be so nice for groups of families but it would have been nice to know that the area is under construction. The property manager was very helpful when we needed something. Unfortunately, the WiFi was terrible but that was made known from the beginning!

We got in Fiber from Spectrum. So we finally have WiFi.

We loved this place so much. The atmosphere was quiet and felt like home for night. Our only complaint was the bed was extremely loud. (I think it was the box spring) You could move without creeking loudly. The owners were great to communicate with! For sure a neat place.

Overall good experience

Overall a good experience. The location is quiet and peaceful. We did see a few carpenter ants. One of the loft beds was still unmade when we arrived, and while the linens were clean, some did have some stains. None of this, however, was enough for us to contact the host. Would stay here again.

Wondeful property, but needs new mattresses

Absolutely adorable cabins,clean,efficient, friendly owner. The only complaint is the mattresses . 1 was a air mattress, 1 was some sort of thick padding ,and the main bedroom was an older spring mattress that was very hard to sleep on. We loved our stay otherwise. But probably wouldn't come back unless the mattresses were updated. The plaxe
