Newly remodeled and thoughtfully designed for up to 9 guests, this chic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sits in one of the city's most beloved neighborhoods — just steps from the tree-lined charm of Tujunga Village and minutes from the acclaimed dining and boutiques of Ventura Boulevard. Studio City is that rare pocket of LA that feels like a real neighborhood: walkable, creative, and genuinely welcoming — close to everything, yet wonderfully easy to come home to.

The Layout The home spans two floors and offers four bright, spacious bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms. Two Primary Suites provide the ultimate in flexibility and privacy — one on the main level and one upstairs — each appointed with a king-sized bed and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms complete the picture: one with a plush queen bed, and one with a full-sized daybed and twin trundle, perfect for families or larger groups.

This home was impeccably clean and our group raved about its indoor and outdoor spaces. The front porch is a wonderful spot to feel the energy of the neighborhood while also enjoying a lot of privacy and space. The gorgeous landscaping, the king beds, the walk-in showers, lots of details that stood out to us.

Great property with great host - location is unbeatable, especially for families (a block from a great playground and park one way, and a block from Tojunga village and all their great shops and restaurants). The neighborhood itself is very nice and safe. Viktorya was a very responsive and accommodating host. Would recommend bringing an eye mask as upstairs is quite bright but otherwise no complaints - we loved our stay and would be glad to stay here again!

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood close to Universal Studios. Hosts were very responsive to a problem with the Internet Service Provider's connection and delivered an excellent solution very quickly. We very much appreciated their attention to the concern.

The property was just as advertised. We love the area and access to Studio City. The kitchen was well equipped for Christmas dinner and we really enjoyed our time there.

This place is beyond perfect! Everything was clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was modern. Thermostat great. Beds ridiculously comfortable. Host very responsive. I do not have the words. We will be staying here every time we visit our daughter! Thank you. Thank you.

Family Get-together

The host was very responsive, supportive, and prompt in answering all of our questions. The house is immaculate and has every amenity for comfort. The kitchen is fabulous and is stocked with every utensil, cup, dish, water glass, wine glass, etc. possible. Best ever! The tree lined enclosed yard has multiple sitting areas with very comfortable lounge chairs and tables for relaxation and intimate conversation while enjoying the wonderful flowers and the manicured lawn. Perfect 5-star house and yard!
