WELCOME TO PARADISE. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath air conditioned home sleeps 8 adults + children. It is 300 yards from Tiger Tail beach. It has it's own private pickle ball, tennis, bocce, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. The oversized, screened in lanai has a heated pool, heated spa & summer kitchen. 12 ft. high hedges provide complete privacy. Additional features include a dining area, sleeper sofa and great room with entertainment center, (large flat screen smart TV) & lanai, and well equipped newly renovated kitchen.

All bedrooms have an overhead light with 3 speed fans, flat screen TVs. The den is equipped with a high speed internet connection and the spacious master suite has been completely refurnished.

There is a pool alarm in place for your safety. All sporting equipment (bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, four sets of golf clubs, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard equipment, life preservers and pool toys) are included and the laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

We've tried to think of everything to make this home ideally suited for a perfect family vacation or to share with friends, including access to a local property manager to address any problems that may arise.

Wonderful Week!

We had the best week and the house was everything and more! Pool was beautiful! The renovations were done very nicely! The kids loved having a park in our own backyard! We loved the bikes and proximity to TigerTail Beach! We will be back!

Marco Island vacation

We enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable and had everything you need, but the true star was the outdoors. The pool was a perfect temperature. The tennis court and shuffleboard were a delight! It was like having our own private park.

Beautiful Home

The house is perfect for a large group. The pool and recreational amenities were very nice as well. The beach access for the island overall is not the greatest, but the house is close to Tigertail Beach access. Any items you would need in the kitchen and for a comfortable stay are provided which makes it really nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect vacation home

We had such an incredible time at this home. The place had everything we needed plus so much more. Gerri and Tim were so nice and easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful home, adequate for our family of 10. Beautiful lanai and pool area.

Wonderful home for an active family experience. Close to the gulf beach. After an active day on the beach it's so nice to come home to the quiet of the private lanai to relax or soak in the hot tub or enjoy a game of tennis. Nice outdoor eating space. Our family had a wonderful time.

Awesome Place to Stay

Beautiful home with all the amenities. we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time paying basketball/tennis and shuffleboard right in the backyard. we did so many activities without leaving the house. We will be booking again in the future. Amazing relaxing vacation home!

Could not be happier. Our hosts were constantly in communication to make sure everything was covered. The house is gorgeous and the kids never wanted to leave the pool. Will definitely be back!

This is a a great property for a large familiy. Tim and Gerri have truly thought of everything. Also communicating was very easy and all instructions for the home are posted and easy to follow. The location of the home is within easy access to everything on the island. We would stay there again.

Staying here was a dream. So much room. Pool to ourselves. Beach supplies at the ready. Location near the best food, beaches and excursions. We never drove more than 45 minutes and most days less than 10. All of us fell in love with Marco, the Everglades and the Gulf.

Great house for active family!

So excited to be able to stay at this house again. The sports and game amenities are perfect for our active family; between the pool, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, a quick walk to the beach, or playing games at the table, nobody was ever bored. The owners do a great job of keeping the home stocked with items that make the stay easy and enjoyable, from the array of beach gear, bikes, and toys, to the spices and cooking utensils in the kitchen. This is the second time we have rented this house, the owners are great to work with, and the house is perfect for families with kids...we look forward to renting again.

Expectations met...and exceeded!

My wife, our 16 yr old son and I had a fantastic time. Gerri and Tim’s home is beautiful and...as so many others have attested...has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool and lanai are ideal and my son and I loved being able to play tennis every day. Being so close to the beach is an added plus. Perhaps most importantly, Gerri and Tim are incredibly nice and responsive hosts. We will definitely be back.

This home has it all!

What a wonderful home and property! Tim and Gerri are such great people! We had such a blast here…we didn’t need to leave the property! We are avid tennis and pickleball players and having a court in the back yard was THE best! When we were done playing…we’d hop in the pool! The bocce and shuffleboard courts were a bonus! The house has everything you may need! We would love to come back!! Thank you So much for sharing your home with us!!

Family Thanksgiving

All 9 of us from 11 to 67 had a great time at this property. We ate outside everyday . We played bocce and tennis and pickleball on site. We used the pool and the hot tub daily. We went to the beach, pontoon boated, fished spent Thanksgiving kayaking. It couldn't have been better. The Sullivans are great hosts. We are already talking about coming back. Sue Kuhn

Fantastic Rental

We had a great time at this property. This property has it all! The house is in great shape, and has wonderful outdoor spaces. The house is very well equipped - including all kinds of sports equipment for the kids, bikes for the ride to the beach, and a very functional kitchen for preparing big meals for the family. We spent hours sitting by the pool while the kids played tennis and basketball outside. It was an easy walk to the beach and we found tons of beautiful shells. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. We'll be back!

Great family vacation !

Thank you Tim and Gerri for providing us with a wonderful home. The house is incredible with so many activities to entertain us. The home is very well stocked with everything you might need like towels, beach chairs, nice bathrooms, great rooms, internet, cable tv and a well equipped kitchen. We had wonderful dinners in the patio, cooked in the new gas grill that you bought for us. The Tigertail Beach Sanctuary was within walking distance but if you really want to get to the ocean you need to walk over a mile to go beyond the lagoon. Nearby you will find nice restaurants, supermarkets and stores, even the Catholic Church is very close.

Outstanding vacation home

I can't say much that hasn't already been said about this property; absolutely perfect for active families! We spent two weeks over the holidays and loved very minute of the house and the island. Easy walk to the beach, in fact we went on a night walk on the beach in the moonlight that was one of the kids favorite activities. Our family was active playing games every day, the private tennis/ basketball court was used almost continuously. These owners really go all out to make sure that guests are comfortable; the house is very well stocked with games, beach equipment, kitchenware (including spices), bikes, beach towels, etc. Of all the vacation homes that we have rented, this one is the best for amenities and the obvious care of the owners. We would definitely rent this home again!

What more could we ask for? NOTHING!

This was our second time renting Gerri's house and once again, we weren't let down in any way! The house is just as advertised - no, it's better!! As someone traveling with small children, it's amazing to find a home that is also so child friendly. A pack and play, high chair, stroller, bikes, toys, pool guard - they do have it all. The house itself is wonderful and has everything you could need, including almost any pantry/kitchen staple you can think of. We love how helpful Gerri is, both before arrival and during our stay. We've already inquired about our third visit. Snatch this house up quickly - you won't want to go back home!

Great house near Tigertail beach

We loved this house! It was perfect and had everything we needed and more. Did not have to pack anything but our clothes and bathing suits. Check in was easy. The house was clean. Very spacious! We had 4 adults and 4 teens with plenty of room. Many instructions posted throughout the house on how to work everything. The owners responded quickly when we did have a question. The kitchen had anything you could need including many herbs and spices that you don’t necessarily want to buy while on vacation. The pool and patio area were great! Great place to relax after a day at the beach. I highly recommend!

Great family vacation home

This house was wonderful! Everything was as good as listed, or even better. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived, including a vase of bird of paradise flowers on the front table. The owners called to welcome us when we arrived, checked during our 2 week stay to see if we had questions, and called at the end to say goodbye. There were clear directions with all appliances and electronics, and there was even a DVR to record TV shows. Our 8 family members ranged in age from 4 to 58 all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, tennis court, bocci ball court and even shuffleboard. There were floats for the pool and plenty of comfortable chairs. We loved eating our meals outside, and even used some basil growing by the pool as a fresh seasoning. The house location is wonderful, near restaurants and grocery stores. This was a fabulous home away from home for a great vacation.

Fantastic house for families!

This is a perfect house for large families. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and we fit great. The pool is large and was the perfect temperature. Could use some new noodles and boogie boards as they were broken when we arrived. We are a tennis playing family so the tennis court in the backyard was great to have every morning! A few pieces were missing but we made the shuffleboard and bocce courts work and our toddlers just loved them! We had a few issues that were mostly resolved, in their defense we should have told them sooner! Gerri and Tim were great. Very responsive and you can tell they care for their home and the families they share it with. We will definitely consider staying here for our next family vacation. ❤❤❤

Tim and Gerri Sullivan of Hartford Ct. are the owners and can be reached at 860-523-9651 or during July and August at 860-388-5984. We recently rented the home from the previous owner and fell in love with the privacy and location. Our grandchildren were constantly busy with the various athletic activities (tennis and basketball) and this convinced us to purchase the home in May, 2011. We have made significant improvements to create a second home of the highest standards for us and for our guests.

We found it was the perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren because of the ample sports activities (tennis,basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, swimming and biking). Having the qualities of a private relaxing location while being close to many activities in Naples. It's close proximity to Tigertail beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boat rentals and water sport rentals, etc and the privacy provided by a 12 ' hedge that completely surrounds the property makes this the ideal location in Marco Island.
