Best beach, lovely views, away from the maddening crowds

Great property but very cozy, best for a couple. The marsh has good views and the beach here is the best.

Nice stay in Wells

Small but well appointed and well equipped. Excellent location close to all our favorite places. Host was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond our expectations.

Perfect location!

Clean cozy condo in the perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay! Condo has everything we needed. Marsha had good communication I would stay here again on our next trip to Maine!

Great Location

We loved this studio condo with its views of the wetlands and 1 minute walk to the beach. Marsha is a great host.

Great place

Marsha was wonderful and was there to greet me upon arrival. The unit has everything you could need. Great views. Enjoy my stay very much.

Our stay at this condo was reallygreat! The place was exceptionally clean and very cozy! Communicating with the host was important to us and she was the best! We really felt at home here and found that everything was close by so we were able to walk to and from the beach and a few restaurants in a matter of minutes. Really a great time and we’re ready to go back next year! She gets a 10 out of 5!

Sweet spot

Marsha was great, she met us when we checked in and gave us a quick tour. The unit is small but very well equipped and is has beautiful views of the marsh. Just steps to the beach and a little longer to a few restaurants. We can't wait to go back.

The property is well furnished well cared for. Marsha is so thoughtful and delightful to work with!

What an amazing quaint little town to stay in, in order to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine. Wells is a great hub for enjoyinh all things coastal. Marsha was great to work with. A perfect hostess! You will not regret your minute walks to the coast and frequent trips to Congdons for their amazing fresh pastries!

Great Location

This place was clean, quiet and beautiful views. Marsha is a great host. We walked to the beach every night after dinner. You can launch kayaks right off the property. There were absolutely no negatives about this property. I am definitely going back.

Great first stay in the Northeast

From booking to checkout everything Marsha made everything very easy for us. She even provided towels since we were out of state. The marsh and beach levels were so cool to watch and the location has a few restaurants within walking distance. I like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to anyone!

Well maintained and all the comforts of home. The owner clearly wants you to enjoy your vacation.

From start to finish, Marsha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you'd need. The whole space was clean and well maintained. Perfect size for two people. Great views--we even saw a baby seal in the water outside the property! Very easy walk to the beach and shops. One of the best vacations we've ever had. We can't wait to go back!!!!

Adorable Beach getaway

The room was intimate. Everything needed for a day at the beach. Walk to Wells Beach a few cute counter service restaurants and a few shops. Great neighborhood everyone was friendly and you can walk everywhere. That tidal marsh changed every day and even though it rained every day. There was also some sun. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Absolutely fabulous!!!

A great beautiful and relaxing vacation we had. This unit is so cute and charming. Everyone was so friendly. The owner was exceptionally helpful. and informative This little rental unit was perfect size, clean and comfortable. Everything from our first email to the saying goodbyes went so smoothly and easy. If we are back in the area I will definitely stay here again. And I will pass your card along to my friends and family. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!

Ideal Location

Wells Beach was ideal because it is between Kennebunkport & Ogunquit / Perkins Cove. We went to several area beaches, restaurants, boutiques & the interstate is nearby as well so we also went to Portland & Portsmouth, NH on day trips. In Marsha’s condo unit - Harbor Side - everyone was very friendly & spot on w/ suggestions for restaurants. Marsha was always available to consult w/ questions. It is a small studio condo & Marsha was very upfront about that prior to accepting our reservation, which was appreciated. It depends what you’re looking for as far as size but worked for us.

A Hidden Gem!

I can't say enough about my stay here. From start to finish it was wonderful! Marsha, the owner made me feel like a guest in her home. She provided everything I needed from soup to nuts. Her place is gorgous! The view from her deck is spectacular and I could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. All the great restaurants are minutes away. The attention to detail was great. I got a great little package of welcome gifts and a full assortment of all the things to do in the area. Everything in her unit is brand new. Big TV and all new appliances and cabinets. I'm all booked for next year! Thanks Marsha! Can't wait to see you again!

Small, but Awesome !

Marsha was a great host. Communication was spot on.questions answered quickly . Ck in easy. The place looks smaller in person however for 2 people it’s just fine. She has everything needed to enjoy beach(umbrella, chairs , sand mats, small cooler)or cook if you want. She even has drying rack which helped immensely. ( better then what I had brought.) Nice for us to have a view w/ chairs/table for coffee in the morning or lunch. close to beach, quiet condo. Lovely new kitchen, apartment size stove/oven and fridge. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbors. Area nice for families. Would love to return in fall or next year. 😊

Great Location, Place & Owner!

We were looking for a laid back place to relax, enjoy our wedding anniversary and explore southern Maine...and we were successful! This is the perfect location to drive to many local beaches, explore Portland and shop in Freeport. We called the studio our "tiny house," because it had every comfort we needed in a compact, but not crowded, space. Marsha decorated the place impeccably and has fun nautical dishes and glassware. We cooked breakfast every morning in the tiny kitchen and grilled fish and steak on the outdoor grill. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy glasses of wine and the sunset. The beach is so close and is beautiful for morning and evening long walks and adventures. All in all, this is a perfect location and so relaxing! Marsha is a great homeowner and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We appreciated her special note and treat when we arrived and were very impressed on how clean and well-appointed the condo was. You can't go wrong if you rent from Marsha and land in Wells Beach, Maine!

It still will be small but more food prep space and hopefully granite if I can swing it.thank you again and consider coming back in the future.

Amazing and wonderful time!

This was an outstanding property!!! We had an absolutely great time! Marsha's cute little condo is so relaxing, nicely decorated, was a such a great getaway. She had everything we could possibly need in her place. It was so close to the beach but we spent most of our time just relaxing on the balcony at her pretty little table overlooking the river, watching the sunsets and birds and people swimming and boating. Next time we will bring our kayaks because we can launch them right off the deck. The views were amazing!! She thought of everything!!! Right down to the tasty little coastal cookies that were awaiting us. It was extremely clean, she was very easy to contact and talk with , she made us feel right at ease. There were a couple nice little shops across the street, restaurants in walking distances. We went to every restaurant she recommended and we were not disappointed by any of them. The Steakhouse was great, the fisherman's catch had great seafood and the ice cream place was great! If you want an outstanding place to get away and just plain out relax and enjoy the coast and not worry about a thing then this is the place to be. And as far as I am concerned, Marsha has been the best hostess or rental owner that we have encountered in our 30 years of traveling and renting.

Perfect location

Marsha has a beautiful little studio space with all you can need or want overlooking the marsh and a block from the beach. It is very attractively decorated and she is warm and welcoming. Totally enjoyed my all too brief stay
