This beautiful historic home is not to be missed. Experience the best of downtown Coeur d'Alene and live your best local life with this centrally located property on Sherman Ave., Coeur d'Alene's "Main Street." The home is perfectly situated for easy access to the lake, huge parks, and hiking trails, making it ideal for families. With a fenced backyard, pet-friendly policy, and a walkability score of 100, this charming abode comfortably sleeps 11 and is designed with thoughtful updates for a memorable stay.

The Space:
Main Level:
- Living room with a fireplace, oversized sectional sofa, conversation area, and Samsung smart TV
- Formal dining room with seating for 8

- Backdoor landing with access to outdoor patio/bbq area, garage, and parking

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Awesome Location!

Our party of eight loved this house! Within minutes you are shopping, eating, or playing on the lake. We very much enjoyed the pool table and lounging in the spacious living room with comfy couch. Bedrooms were large too!

Charming house in a perfect location

We had a wonderful time entertaining my mother-in-law and sister-in-law in this charming house. we played board games and pool with the teenagera and enjoyed nice meals together as a family. The location was perfect—close to the action but not too close. We walked to Tubbs hill for swimming and cliff jumping, along Sherman Ave for shopping, North Idaho U beach for volleyball and stand up paddleboard, the resort for Gooeys and a pontoon boat rental. It was a beautiful weekend for three generations and a tiny dog. Thank you!

Family retreat

Everything was great. Plenty of room for gathering and also plenty of privacy. Location was ideal. Only snafu was it was listed as having a bbq but it wasn't there. They did bring on the next day.

Beautiful well-stocked home! Great location!

We had our 3 adult kids and 4 grandkids at this home. It was a lovely well-stocked home, including laundry soap. They even had these cute little boxes in each bathroom & one in the kitchen that included a new kitchen sponge. I was impressed and took a box as a traveling jewelry box. They were very communicative and even allowed us a late checkout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Love CDA

We loved this house. It’s in a great location. Very comfortable. It’s an older house so everything is smaller, just the way they built houses back then. Sectional in living room was awesome to hang out on with whole family.

Bringing together family around one table

This property was the perfect gathering place for our family in C’ouer d’Alene. We were attending a memorial service for a lost loved one and this provided everyone their own space if they needed it as well as a beautiful living and dining room area, where we gathered together and played cards!! The pool table was great as well. We would definitely rent this property again!!
