Large house and awesome backyard, perfect for our family gathering. Lots of space in the main area. The downstairs bathtub wouldn’t turn on but the host got it fixed crazy fast! The only thing I would recommend is adding a non slip bath mat inside that downstairs tub because many of us almost slipped and fell when we showered! Otherwise great house

The space was better than expected! Three of the bedrooms were upstairs with two downstairs, giving a private feeling to the two separate families with children. Old updated very character style home. Backyard was very charming and fun for the whole family. The hosts were great and quick to respond to requests. I was overwhelmed with the amount of information provided but I do think it was a plus they have thought of everything!

We were a group of runners (and family) coming to run the CDA Marathon. The house was perfect, and comfortable for our stay. Communication with our host was easy, and straightforward. The only reason I did not give the house 5 starts was because of a ceiling repair that was needed in the upstairs bunkroom, which did not hinder our stay at all. I was able to easily connect with our host and they gave me the option to repair right away or wait until our stay was done (we opted to wait). Overall, excellent and very relaxing stay in CDA! We look forward to booking again next year!

Older home, tons of character. The finishes are nice, space was clean, the "extras" (like little boxes of soaps, body wash, dish soap, sponge, etc.) were a nice touch, and the host was very communicative. We had a couple families with us for the stay and we had plenty of space to be comfortable together and apart. The backyard space - and fire pit - were a nice touch and definitely a favorite for the kids at the end of a long day of soccer.Location was in a neighborhood, nice since there was little traffic, centrally-located by 15th Ave, and part of the quieter part of CDA without being far away from the downtown / shopping areas. Checkout process was also easy and not burdensome given our busy schedule and early mornings.Would recommend and visit again!

Our Third Stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this home and it always feels like home! It has everything we need in a good neighborhood and close to the lake. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Coeur d'Alene.

Great location!

We used this home for a work trip and couldn’t be more pleased with the layout and location of this home. The property management company was easy to communicate with and were very responsive. Highly recommended!

Soccer stay

We needed a place that would accomadate 3 families with multiple kids and thisnplace was perfect. They had a super nice backyard and the fireplace was a bomus.

Charming Home

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Couer d'Alene, thanks in large part to this home. It was perfect for a few families to stay together. We enjoyed gathering around the large table for games and meals. The kids loved the outdoor space and the bunkrooms. Can't say enough good things about this house. It really was perfect!

Silverwood Extended Family Getaway

House was bigger than it looked with 5 good size bedrooms for our family of 12! Lots of room to spread out and a nice fenced backyard with fire pit as well. We were 30-40 mins to Silverwood depending on traffic but worth the drive and lots of amenities close by for groceries including Trader Joes! Thanks again....

Golf Trip

Nice property and as advertised. Hosts communicated well and were supportive. Myself and a group of friends do an annual golf trip and the location was great for access to the courses we wanted to play. I would use this property again if we returned to the area. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful home, wonderful stay!

The home was large and spread out so everyone had private space and space to be together for table games and fire pit. Close to town, well appointed, excellent communication. I really appreciate the complementary boxes that contained soaps, detergents and even laundry pods. The check out list was easy and more than reasonable. Fantastic experience!

from the moment we walked in I could not believe how wonderful it looked it's far surpassed all of our expectations it could not have been decorated any better I cannot tell you how amazed I was the beds were extremely comfortable it was completely stocked with everything you would need and the ambiance was incredible the location was perfect located close to everything in town food etc. we loved it

Beautiful old house with tons of character

This house is gorgeous and it seems like the owners put in alot of work to bring it to life. The character of the house is so fun. The kids loved the treehouse. During the visit, the fires in the area cancelled some of our plans, but the house gave us room to spread out and play games. Earlier in the week, we used its great location to walk to downtown. Also the owners were super responsive and friendly - we will be back!

Group Summer Stay

We recently stayed at this rental property in Coeur d'Alene, and it was a fantastic experience! The house room to accommodate everyone comfortably, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The backyard was a highlight—spacious and ideal for spending time outdoors.The location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities, while the secure access to the property gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. What stood out most was the property manager, who was incredibly communicative and helpful. Their responsiveness made the entire process seamless and stress-free.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this property to friends or family. It's a great spot for a getaway in Coeur d'Alene!

Perfect for 2 large families

With adequate sleeping and bathroom space for 2 separate families, this place was perfect! Great central CdA location, close to freeways so we could zip off to Hiawatha and Silverwood in no time. Walking distance to Jimmy's Down the Street, which is supposed to be a good breakfast spot (i thought it was sub par, but others in my group loved it) The treehouse was a favorite for the kiddos and the few boardgames they had in the place were also great at keeping the kiddos busy. My only suggestion is the upstairs showerhead is SO POWERFUL, that if you don't pay attention it'll spray beyond the shower curtain and get the whole bathroom wet.

Charming older home in great location

My family of 8 adults stayed here for Christmas week. It's a charming older home-larger than it looks from the street, with lots of fun quirks, reversed doors, and unexpected cupboards. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were great, and temp is easy to keep comfortable. The upstairs shower pressure is particularly lovely and showerheads were tall, which was appreciated by the 6ft men. The kitchen was well stocked for most items (we added kitchen shears and a knife sharpener), but remember to bring food storage items. The living room will not seat 8 adults as it's presented. We pulled in chairs from other areas and worked it out fine. While photos show a fire in the wood burning stove, be advised that it is now decorative only-a bit of a disappointment, but not significant and there is a fire pit in the back for more temperate times of year. This property has a very responsive and helpful management company. I know this because the fridge decided to die while we were there...starting 12/23 and properly dying Christmas Eve (I think appliances know and select the worst possible times to die). While there was no way to get a repair person to us before 12/26, NW did bring us two coolers, ice and a small chest freezer so we could manage to salvage most of our Christmas dinner groceries. While not the happiest of circumstances, they really did the best they could, were kind and timely, and arranged a small refund. Fridge aside, we would stay here again.

Cozy house

We enjoyed our night in the house as well as how the rental company resolved our issue. Of course, the house is historic and not perfect but it is cosy and relaxing. Plenty of space to gather as a company or to find a nice corner to enjoy good book.
