The house was very clean and was perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The living room furniture was dated, but we did not stay indoors very much so it didn’t really make a difference. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Clean, close to attractions, shopping. Beach was a short walk away. Great pool. Unit needs a few more pillow and blankets for those sleeping on the pull out sofa. That is my only suggestion. Great stay!

Great spot, beach access right of the back of the building. The host was very responsive. We choose a holiday weekend and it was busy but we had a wonderful time and an amazing experience.

Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to just relax and enjoy a peaceful time either at the pool or just a little walk in the sand to the ocean where it is private and very spacious! The water was perfect. The sand is perfect! Our condo was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed the host were amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great but basic cable didn’t have Fox News or business. Only local news & bbc. Great location. Dunkin’ doughnuts & Waffle House were close. Close to John’s pass for shopping. Best beach in st Pete.

Had a great time on our vacation! Cindo was nice and it waa clean. The only negative i have was the TV's. They could use some upgrading to smart TV's. We were initially given the wrong bos to gwt our krys out of but when I messaged the host, they returned my measages promptly. I would definitely stay there again!

Sand and sun

The apartment was clean and a great location. There is an elevator provided which helps get all the luggage and beach items in and out. The only complaint I have on the apartment is that there were no cooking utensils available to use in the kitchen and no hot pads to remove things from the oven. We had littles with us so it was nice to be able to fix something easy for them throughout the day. The grocery store is right down the road so the location was ideal for cooking. Another advantage to this place is the one free ticket a day you receive from a list of places to be able to go to an activity, lots of things to pick from. The walk to the beach is a distance but the view from the balcony is perfect. We will be back.

The location of this property was perfect - right on the beach, close the shops and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and on Treasure Island.The check-in process was confusing as the key cards didnt work and stopped working half-way through the trip. Thankfully there was a 2nd set which we got access to at check-in and had those on me when the ones we were given stopped working. Outside of that, I think the condo would benefit from a deep clean as there is residue of dirt and wear/tear throughout the property. The beds were comfortable and linens/towels were clean. We also had access to washer/dryer which made things easy for the family.
