Wonderful home!

We spent a relaxing week by the pool and everything we could ever need was there at the house. Enjoying morning coffee in the lanai and soaking in the sun in the pool was heavenly. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful!!

I can’t express how impressed and appreciative I was with the house. We traveled 14 hours and felt right at home when we first walked through the door. The little extras that were supplied (beach towels, cooler, clothes hangers, shampoo, etc) made a world of difference. My husband even caught catfish off the backyard dock. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!!

Cute and Convenient.

The property owner was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and deck were great to hang out on. The pool light not working was the only thing I can remotely thing to complain about. I really enjoyed myself here with my family and the level of comfort it provided.

Amazing

This home was beautiful and had all of the conveniences! Don’t worry about bringing beach towels they have them! They have all the necessities for building the perfect sand castle so no need to bring that either! They also have a Beach umbrella and some pool noodles! It really was an amazing vacation home! My daughter didn’t want to leave ( literally had a melt down). We would love to stay at this same house again!

Perfect location!

If you are looking to be close to everything, this is the place to be. Grocery stores, malls and restaurants are all less than 10 minutes away. Everything you need is available in the house from kitchen utensils to linens. We took our beach towels only to find they had plenty there for six people. If you are looking for clean, however, this is NOT the place to be. We had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived. I don't think the end tables, coffee table, headboards, etc. have seen a dust cloth in months. The pool area was covered with bugs, leaves and dirt which we cleaned the best we could with what was available. It's unfortunate this place isn't better taken care of as it's a perfect place to stay if you have to be in the area for an occasion.

Nice clean home

We had a real nice stay and very comfortable for 6 adults. It is a older dated home. We tripped a breaker once from having 2 blow dryers going at the same time but we called the maintenance guy and he was there in 5 mins or less. Over all was a real nice vacation.

Great Value for this Lovely Spacious home .

Our family of 5 adults and one enfant recently spent a wonderful week at this lovely property in early May. As noted by other reviewers, the pool is a generous size. We particularly liked the walk-in steps and the deep end which made swimming that much more enjoyable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the home, or at the beach...there even was a playpen which was better for our granddaughter than the travel one we brought. Bikes were included as well. We especially enjoyed the use of the garage which was great to keep our car cool on hot days. There is a convenient pass-through from the kitchen to the patio which made dining outside very convenient. We loved the location because it was on a lovely quiet street and convenient to everything. Stores were within walking distance. One day we saw six Ibis strolling through the boulevard. Barefoot Beach was only 10 minute drive away. We saw a number of large tortoises along the road there which was a great surprise. There was lots of seating available both inside and out of this spacious property including down by the canal where we watched the jumping fish and turtles. The owners were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. They even called us in advance to give us a "heads-up"of a service visit for pool maintenance. We definitely would love to come back next year.

Excellent Vacation. We will be back!!

We stayed at this lovely, spacious home for two weeks in June 2015. We went with our adult daughter and teenage son and with the three bedrooms we all had our own space which was great. The table and chairs by the canal was a great place to have my morning coffee. The pool area is huge and was by far our favorite spot to hang out. The pool is very deep on one side but was great for swimming laps and floating around reading a book getting rays. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet with beautiful landscaped homes. I love the area of Bonita Springs. The beach was incredible and comparable to the panhandle where we usually vacation. We actually liked Bonita Beach better then Sanibel Island which we visited for the day. Bonita Springs is central to Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva making it a good central point to make day trips to these other towns. It is very close to Estero which is a wonderful place for shopping with outlets and the Coconut Mall. We recommend Doug's Seafood for Lobster Rolls and the Fish House for a reasonable priced dinner. Also try the Bonita Fairways (right across the street) for some reasonably priced golf (3 to 4 par holes). There is a $ 5.00 coupon in one of the coupon books.

Beautiful Home & Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Bonita Springs. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area. The home is beautifully decorated, with high-quality, comfortable furniture. Our family enjoyed the privacy of the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, but the pool area takes the prize. We enjoyed our days in the pool area, and were able to entertain my brother and sister-in-law, who live in Bonita Bay, in the evenings. They were very impressed with the home, and will definitely recommend it to our extended family when they visit the area. During our vacation we took an Everglades airboat trip, which was great, and visited the Naples and Ft. Meyers areas, which have a lot to offer. We are thrilled to have found this beautiful home and hope to rent it again in the future. The owners Micheline and Gilles were personable and easy to deal with, and we want to thank them again for the wonderful vacation that we spent in their home.

Extremely Satisfied!!!

I was very leary of renting this property because we had not used VRBO before. We were very happy that we took the risk. The owners were extremely easy to work with, responsive to calls, answered all of my questions and provided us with a true home away from home. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, safe, and very clean and well kept. My wife and i brought our 4 children ages 12-17 and we had all of the room tahat we needed and more!! 3 bathrooms were great, bedrooms were huge, and having a garage to park in was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything that we needed, wireless internet and cable TV worked great and they have a seamless process to book the property. I just received my security deposit after just a week or 2 since we were there. I would highly recommend this property and the owners are second to none. We left snowy northern Wisconsin and returned to snowy northern Wisconsin and are still wishing that we were still in Bonita Springs. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great Holiday

My wife and myself arrived from the UK for a 10 day stay and try a villa for the first time in Bonita Springs. Previously we have used hotels. I can say we were very excited and pleased with this stay. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the people very friendly, the pictures shown gives an excellent impression of this villa. We were so pleased with our stay here that we can highly recommend this to anyone. The manager asked us if the pool was warm enough if not just let him know and he would adjust it, so if there was anything we needed just let him know. The kitchen was a dream to use as was the washing machine and tumble dryer, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we had the best nights sleep for ages. The barbecue was great and easy to use whilst sitting outside near the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and eating places near the villa, not to far away is one of the best beaches we have found, quiet with no tide and plenty of shells to collect.

Dream Vacation, all we had hoped for and more

We just returned from a wonderful 1 week stay at this beautiful home in Bonita Springs. There were 6 of us,(3 couples) and on our first day, each of us were wishing we could stay for 2 weeks, and plotting how we could return next year. The whole house is comfortable and roomy and the covered deck and large pool were a popular gathering place. We spent most of our time on the deck with the exception of the few evenings that we gathered around the large television in the living room to watch the hockey games. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals there although we did sample some of the great restaurants Bonita Springs has to offer as well. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a kettle and teapot. We loved the neighborhood and the lovely quiet street,and also the great beaches and shopping nearby. The managers were very helpful and easy to contact and we do hope to return here often. I would highly recommend this home as a delightful "home away from home" vacation destination. Thank you Giles and Micheline for sharing your vacation home with us.

Lovely Home in Great Location!

We rented this villa for one week with another couple (4 adults) and were more than pleased with the location and home itself. The home affords excellent privacy with 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms well separated by the living room and was spotlessly clean. The furniture is extremely comfortable and high quality and the house is decorated with a tropical feel. The pool and pool area is fantastic! The pool is large and heated and in excellent condition. We used the pool morning and night during the week of our stay. The owners have thought of literally everything a guest might need. We thought we caught them on not having an iron, but then found that a clothes steamer was provided. After being there less than a day, we all felt completely at home. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We had coffee by the pool every morning and only heard the birds. Cooking in is not a problem as the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. Shopping and restaurants are all close as are the Bonita beaches (which are amazing) – very easy area to get around in and a good central location to lots of sites. The house has Wi-Fi so we brought a laptop which made it easy to locate restaurants, beaches, etc. The Naples and Ft Myers areas are very close as well as Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We did an Everglades airboat trip out of Everglades City that was fun and went horseback riding at a ranch in the Everglades, hiked numerous nature trails, enjoyed the beaches, played mini-golf, etc. We could have easily stayed another week and not run out of things to do. The owners are great to deal with and the property managers were very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Micheline and Gilles for renting us your lovely home! Hopefully we can rent it again at some point in the future. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Children, Romantic Getaway

Great plaace in bonita springs

I was there just before the holidays in dec.,the house was great,fishing was great.Very close to everything.Managers were very helpful and had everything in order when we arrived.Would not have a problem renting this home again.Last but not least,getting the deal done was very easy working with the owners they are very nice people.

Highly Recommend!

Micheline are a delight to deal with, communication through email is prompt ,pleasant and totally accommodating.Everything what you need to spend nice vacations is there .The place felt like home from home ,the finishing and furniture are of high quality ,I always have a problem with my back this home was the first one where I can sleep very well, the mattresses are great .Thank you Laura & Michael (Property Manager ) to make us fill like some one truly take care of us on our vacations time.

1st time renting in Florida! :) Great place

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in July 2011. We are a family of 4, and had a pair of grandparents. The home was newly renovated with all new furniture inside and around the pool. It was in a nice neighbourhood with a big heated pool! The beds are great as is the entire pool area. nice layout. Home was clean and neat. Large family room with big tv, The owner has wonderful towels for the pool, a cooler and 2 bikes we could use on our stay. Directly behind the home there is a canal with jumping fish!!!! you gotta see this,, so amazing. The men in our family loved this as did the kids. There is a food store close by within a few minutes drive, and some outlet malls close by. Mini golf for the kids close as well. Great Italian restaurant as well, and reasonably priced. Bonita beach was a short drive away. Even nicer Vanderbilt beach was a few minutes further away but much nicer sand. If you wanted to you can also go into Naples and see the wonderful older buildings with a nice pier. On our visit there we saw a manatee, dolphin, great big turtle, and many more fish, WOW! The owners of the property were nice, We delt with Micheline whom is quick, polite and pleasent to deal with. The property managers are also nice in Florida. Only slight disappointment was wifi was not working, but again it was a newly reno's rental so they were just getting it all sorted out, and we would have liked cable in the bedrooms as there was a smaller number of chanels. A dvd player or some game station would have helped as we had small children. Great place to rent and clean with nice owners. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Micheline. :)
