From this central location, you have a panoramic view of the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Bay, and Little Sabine.

Beaches, fishing pier, restaurants, boardwalk, and attractions are all within walking distance. Enjoy being in the middle of all the activities without having to drive.

Excellent location & beautiful property

I love this property. However, the only down side is I specifically searched for a location with a pool and hot tub. The listing indicates there is a hot tub, but that is not the case.

Was a great time.

Was nice and big and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and friendly. It was close enough to the beach with walking distance but would have like to have been alittle closer to the sand. But over all and with it being our first time to Pensacola it was great.

I don’t use Vrbo often, or any types of properties like this, but this was an enjoyable & easy experience. The owner is so awesome and helpful. The location was clean, safe, and right by the beach/restaurants nearby. Beach & restaurants were in walking distance. I had older parents (including one with a hip replacement recently) with me & they managed it well! At the end of the trip I did get stuck in an elevator at the building for awhile, but the building & fire department were really responsive and handled the situation well. Even though that can be a scary situation, it showed how prepared everyone is there. Great place- would stay again!!

Beach getaway

Papa nana dada mama & gbaby toddler spent 4 glorious days in this very posh condo. Morning view no sun to enjoy peaceful awakening. All the sun you could handle for 3 days on gulf shore, bay shore, or condo pool then a full rainbow on the fourth day right from the balcony! All the amenities included so great home away from home! Very pleasurable getaway! Thank you for sharing!

Communicative Host, Fantastic Accomodations

Host was great with communication of need anticipation and the condo was in fantastic condition. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very easy and fast check in. Wonderful view from the spacious balcony.

Staycation

We live locally and wanted a weekend at the beach after a graduation. This property was perfect. Right in the middle of everything so we were able to park our cars and walk to whatever we wanted to do. As promised, the 10th story condo had amazing views and was the perfect size for 4 people to stay. The owner was very attentive and when I called him he always answered and was willing to help with anything we needed. Luckily, we did not need anything as the unit was fully stocked and everything worked as promised. We would stay at this condo again.

Amazing!

We had an amazing Stay! The Check in and Out Process was super easy. Brian was very helpful and friendly. The Condo was clean and was in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and had a beautiful view from our balcony. We will definitely be coming here again.

Incredible weekend get away at a cozy condo

Very nice and cozy condo with an incredible view of Pensacola beach. It was nice being able to leave the vehicle parked and taking the visit by foot. Everything is within walking distance to the condo. The property is furnished very well for cooking and relaxing. Brian offers excellent hospitality and great communication before, during and after the stay. Thank you Brian for the great experience will definitely be back!

Everything you could ask for!

Gorgeous views of the Bay, Sabine, and Gulf from both the front and back with amazing sunrises and sunsets! A beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained, well equipped, and very comfortable condo on a private and gated property. The perfect location for walking to the beach, dinner, shopping, and entertainment. The owner was absolutely wonderful and available for any questions, suggestions, and needs. All around great experience

This property is steps to everything! The check in process was effortless and the owner makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. The views are fantastic and the inside is clean and very well decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The washer/dryer inside the condo is an added bonus. This is a great choice for price and location. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful time in a clean, beautiful condo. The condo was so convenient to everything (great restaurants, shopping and especially the beach). Once we parked, we didn't need to use our car again!
