Aloha!
My condo is located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just two blocks from famous Alii Drive with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s walking distance to the pier, trolley line and sandy beach by King Kamehameha hotel. Kalanikai is very quiet complex with concrete walls and spectacular grounds. Great location if you do not wish to have a car rental.
1 bed and 1 bath condo is located on the top (3rd) floor with assigned parking space. Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (hopefully). Large living room with pull out sofa and 55“ TV including Amazon Prime and Netflix. We have dedicated work space with desk and color printer. AC unit located in the living room keeps place cool during hot nights. Washer and dryer available in apartment. Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, closet space and private bath. Fast fiber optic internet!
Guest access:
-The entire condo is available for use as well as the community pool and bbq grills .

Condo is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available. Pool key with a red band is hanging on the left side by the door in the hallway.
