Our group stayed for 14 nights. We had enough room for everyone. Communication from Red Sands and VRBO was excellent! We were able to enter the home without a problem and were well informed on how to leave the property in good shape. We had a mechanical need on an appliance in the house and Red Sands was very responsive and had a technician onsite the same day to fix the issue. We had a great stay!

Perfect place!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at with our years of travel. The townhouse was perfect for our group. The location was close to everything we needed. The pool and spa and pickleball court, was enjoyed by ALL! We would definitely stay there again and again.

St George first time

It was an excellent home, and location, and the amenities were great. The floors were a little dirty, left our feet black, this is really the only complaint I have. Will definitely stay again if I ever Will in St George again!

Great place! It was hot in July! But we loved it because there were no crowds. The house was super comfy and lovely, and wonderfully cool. The air conditioners had a slight buzzing noise. But sure did work well and we super appreciated them. It was a really really great stay. We appreciated the home.

Nice place with room to improve

We liked the place, especially the many bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room was spacious. However, the sofa was stained and dirty. The toilet paper was the lowest-quality product one could find.

Beautiful home, perfect setup

We came with two other families for our son’s soccer tournament. We LOVED the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Each family had their own. Plus, there was another one for the kids upstairs. There was just enough space for the 16 of us. We couldn’t hear the kids late at night that stayed up later than us. The only hiccup we had was that we were sent the wrong code to get in to the house, and we were missing a tv remote. But the property managers were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again with a big group.

Toni, thank you so much for your stellar review! We're so glad the layout worked well for your group and that everyone had their own space—it’s perfect for tournaments like yours. We apologize again for the mix-up with the code and remote, but we’re happy we could resolve things quickly. We'd love to host you all again for the next big soccer weekend! ⚽😀

Good Times!

Our stay was great! We were in town for Thanksgiving and a family reunion of 40 people. Our festivities were held else where and we were pretty much just there to sleep and get ready for the day. The two water heaters came in handy. We never ran out of hot water with 12 people showering and getting ready. I rated the cleanliness a 3 out of 5 only because there were several stains on the carpets and couch, but I don't expect everything to be replaced every time someone spills something that stains and can't be totally removed. Other than that everything was clean and tidy and decorated nicely.

Doug, thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad to hear the water heaters were a big help for your group—12 people getting ready sounds like quite the feat! We appreciate your understanding about the carpet and couch stains and will make sure to pass along your feedback to our team. It’s wonderful to know the rest of the home met your expectations and contributed to a memorable Thanksgiving and family reunion. We hope to host you again for future celebrations! 🦃🎉

Would stay here again

Loved the layout of the condo, the pool, the parking. Beds were comfortable. Everything was great except the space was not cleaned in time. They told us it would be ready an hour after check in time however we arrived at an hour and thirty minutes and the woman was still there cleaning. We were pretty bothered at not getting to arrive when we thought and then having it still not ready when we arrived well after they said it was ready was very disappointing. I doubt it happens often but still a bummer.

Under the Sun

Our stay was was busy with meetings in the AM and site seeing in the PM.With 6 people getting ready and changing several times a day the spacious condo afforded the room to give everyone the privacy needed. The extra bedrooms gave us the luxury of each to their own domain and ability to spread out without encroaching on others. A well stocked kitchen helped us to fix meals when needed. All the bathrooms made an older persons stay less daunting. We had plenty of dressers and closet space for our clothes. We know who ever stays here will enjoy the easy access to all the area attractions and shopping. The sunrise and sunsets from the balconies were a sight to behold. The pool is just out the front door across the driveway for a quick splash. Enjoyed our stay and know those who follow will also. Thanks.
