Location is perfect! We thought we had a lot of privacy because we were on the backside near the pool. Sunday morning we could hear the guests’ in the neighboring room entire conversation. They were talking in normal voices so the walls appear to be very thin

Quick trip

We enjoyed the overnighter room. It is a small room so best for a long weekend or quick stay as not a lot of room but it was perfect for what we needed. 2 nights in Folly. Pool was awesome ♥️

Overnighter

Great little place right near the beach. Easy access, clear instructions, clean property. My i ok not complaint would be I kept banging my knee on the bed frame! Was like the perfect height for a midnight trip to the bathroom knee high.

Great location and beautiful Property

Location is perfect for everything. Pool and grounds are very nice. The air conditioning quit working in the middle of the night, which made a very uncomfortable night. Property manager was on the premises in the morning and addressed the problem. (popped a breaker) Other than that it was a wonderful few days in Folly Beach.

We did not get check in information- until day of arrival (after we were on the road), I had to contact them- to get that. We had to pick up some items along the way- but if we’d had known we could’ve brought from our home. When we arrived - our room was the only one with no assigned parking. They told us to find public parking. We could not- so called office they accommodated by letting us park in back (behind a locked fence) where they keep golf carts. * it’s also important to know there is no outlets beside bed. One of family members had sleep apnea - with no where to plug in cpap machine. Room was clean and pool was great! Close in vicinity to all!
