Mountain Getaway - Steps away from Main Street!

This gorgeous 3rd floor suite is part of Mountain Vista Properties collection of luxurious accommodations within Spring Creek. This 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo in White Spruce Lodge is beautifully appointed, and is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to downtown, groceries, pubs & restaurants. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek. The suite comfortably sleeps 4 and includes a new king bed & mattress, a queen pull-out sofa bed, a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom & a half bathroom. Perfect for a couple/small family.

Enjoy free assigned heated parking, a quiet balcony & all the comforts of home in our well appointed kitchen that includes flatware, dishes and everything required to cook a delicious meal. The suite includes WIFI, flat-screen TVs, in-suite washer/dryer, luxurious hotel quality linens and towels. Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system.

This condominium building offers a private courtyard with an outdoor hot pool and beautiful alpine landscaping. Exercise room for cardio and strength training. Elevator access to all floors including the heated underground parkade. One assigned parking stall is included in the heated, underground parkade. A private cage to safely lock up your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available for your use.

The hot tub and gym are common to the building and available for your use during your stay. The hot tub has a reservation system where you book one - 30 minute appointment per day for your private use. This is to avoid partying groups from hijacking the hot tub for hours and other guests not getting to use it. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.

The building has a "quiet time" period between 10pm and 8am where guests must keep noise, music, loud talking, etc to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed. This includes doing laundry after 10pm as the vibrations of the machines disturb adjoining suites.

This suite is part of the Mountain Vista Property collection of luxurious accommodations in Spring Creek. We have several suites from 1-3 bedrooms available for short and longer term rental. Manager lives close to Spring Creek and will give you privacy for your stay but is available if need be! Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions!

PROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all of the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a "well behaved" dog:

1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted.
2) The pet fee is $100 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone.
4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite.
5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you.
6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom. Additional charges will be applied and you will be unable to stay with us in the future.
7) We’re sorry but NO cats are allowed in our suites due to allergies.
8) Any exceptions to the above mentioned pet policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance of your stay.

Nice Place!

A family of 4 that included 2 teenage boys. We made it work using the one shower and the pull out sofa. Everything was good and we had plenty of space. Condo was very nice, very clean, and had Everything we needed. Our stay was great, and although we spent much time exploring outside of Canmore, this place and location would've been great for a more relaxing, stay around Canmore type vacation as well. My only minor issue was the abundance of rules that are excessively present everywhere, which included a threat of a substantial fee for not disposing of our own trash. Im happy to dispose of my own trash if you ask me to do so, but telling me i have to, otherwise im charged a fee isn't pleasant, especially after paying a hefty cleaning fee. Between that and the inconvenience of needing to sign a separate rental agreement outside of VRBO prior to arrival, the condo itself is very nice and I'd recommend.
