Cancelation Policy: For the months of April, May, June, July, and August, no full or partial cash refunds will be granted for cancelations made within 30 days of the arrival date. Instead, a credit will be given for the amount of the initial reservation to be applied fully towards another date at the same location, to be used within a year of the original reservation. For the remaining months of the year, full cash refunds will be granted if reservations are cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date or the customer can also choose a credit towards a different date at the same location.

If you're not familiar with Navy Chiefs, we are the backbone of the Navy and we make things happen. Once a Chief always a Chief. No better friend no worse enemy. But don't worry, my wife keeps me grounded and even keel. We both have spent many years abroad and love meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
This is the best property out there. I have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and I know what it takes to be a 5 star facility. I have gone above and beyond to anticipate your every need. This is a new property and a lot of effort has gone into making it has comfortable as any place your have ever stayed. The Topsail area has the feel that you would expect from North Carolina coastal living. It is a mixture of Key West, Outer Banks, and Myrtle Beach without the traffic or the crowds. Within minutes of the cottage, there are restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, surf shops, and the local Food Lion. Sneads Ferry being a small fishing community, you can still find local fish markets with the catch of the day. In August, Sneads Ferry hosts the annual Shrimp Festival. For golfers, North Shores Golf Course is a well maintained course with scenic views only 5 minutes away.

The unique benefit of this property is space and seclusion. We may not be sitting on the beach but we are on the water. If you have a boat or jet skis, you don't have go any farther than the end of the driveway to get to the ocean or beaches. The nice thing is though, you're not competing or waiting in line somewhere just to put into the water.
