Sitting on 3+ wooded acres, our home is situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood. With just minutes to major attractions our location is incredibly convenient and yet feels calm and isolated as you look out on the woods behind the house. Under 20 minutes drive to fine dining, camelback skii resort, kalahari waterpark, mount airy casino, public parks and hikes, gun ranges, horseback riding. The list goes on and on! We're perfectly located no matter what you're interested in doing!

Our group had a great stay at the house. We really enjoyed all the different rooms and amenities. We especially loved all of the different options for the kids-the game room was a huge hit as was the pool and hot tub. For the parents having a “secret room” was really lovely. House was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We would love to come back again.

The property fit our family size perfectly. The house was clean and just overall so much fun. We had so many things to do to keep the kids occupied. And it was very very cool! Can not wait to book it again!

Overall the house was great. The game room was great for playing, the pool and hot tub both were nice, and the house was well outfitted for cooking. It was also very clean on arrival. The bedrooms are pretty well isolated that you can have people sleeping and activity going on and not bother them much. The back yard leaves a bit to be desired, as there really is no outdoor space for activities beyond the pool and hot tub.

The house is a vacation all on its own! We had a mini family reunion and the house kept us entertained. We swam, we grilled, we played all of the games in the game room, and we all gathered to watch the World Cup on the big movie screen. There is so much room in the house and the secret room is my favorite place!! Scott is very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend!!

This home had everything we needed and then some! Both kids and the adults enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Size is very deceiving from the outside but this house is huge with plenty of room for everyone!

The listing on the house is accurate. It was clean and spacious. We had a big group and everyone had their own space. The game room was exceptional. Fun for all ages. Would definitely recommend. Scott, the host, was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

House was amazing ! Went there with a large group and was more than enough room for everyone. Living room and game room were much bigger then expected from the pictures. Had kids running around all weekend and the house was completely safe to let them roam. Couldn’t recommend more !

Nice option for a large family! Plenty of rooms and more than enough bathrooms, all updated and designed very nice. Lots of amenities to keep you busy and close to stores and activities if you do get bored. We did have some concerns about housekeeping upon checkin, but Scott was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. The ranch style also worked great for us as we had several older guests.

Great house, perfect for a group of friends, including kids. House was very clean and matched the online photos, communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Well located near stores as well as some really nice hikes a playground for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very spacious and comfortable, backyard and pool were great, and the game room was next level! There were some nice touches including a luggage rack in each room, as well as special towels for make-up removal. We would recommend staying here!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in the Poconos! We traveled with our entire family, and it truly had something for everyone. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked, making it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy our vacation together.The amenities were incredible. The pool and hot tub were favorites for both the kids and adults, and we spent hours enjoying the game room and theater room. There was never a dull moment, and everyone found something they loved.The location was another huge plus. It was peaceful and scenic while still being just a short drive from so many attractions. We especially loved how close it was to Kalahari Resort and other local activities, making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time driving.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell they take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests.We made so many wonderful family memories during our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun-filled place to stay in the Poconos, this is it. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our large family gathering. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated, there was so much space for people to gather whether it was the living room, game room, media room or what I called the "speak easy".Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host, Scott, was super responsive whenever we had a question.

Great Stay

Stayed here with 25 ppl from ages 78 to infant. House is spacious and clean. Huge game room. We all had a good time.

Family yearly outing

Big place for family (20 a dog). We hiked,biked, and tooked a train ride. We went to Jim Thorpe town.

Friends/Family Get Away

This was a wonderful place and excellent weekend for all of us as we put a trip together for our children as they are all graduating and heading off to college. We had a wonderful time and would 100% return.

Scott, our host, returned e mails quickly and was very helpful.The kitchen had enough of everything for a large crowd. The bedrooms were cozy and colorful and the bathrooms were spacious. The hot tub was clean and the playroom gigantic!We used the poker room a lot and we loved it.Overall, we all had a great time at a great house!!Ed Healy

I grew up in Philadelphia, and my family rented a house in the pocono mountains in my youth. I loved going up there, fishing, shooting trap, hiking, running around with my dog. Being able to now host that experience for others is a dream come true!

When I was looking for a property, I really wanted one that I and my whole family could come stay at. I also wanted a space that people were thrilled to visit, with its insanely large game room, tons of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Having my entire family there, but also having them feel like we weren't crowding each other all weekend was very important. I love that it's a very open floor plan, but there are multiple living spaces in case people want to do a noisier activity downstairs, or watch tv.

Walking into the home the first thing I noticed was the potential. It was originally 4000 square feet but after 12 months of rehab we opened it up to guests and now it's a stunning modern property for large families to enjoy! Everytime my family and friends visit they are amazed by the interior decor and thoughtfulness put into every room to make it feel distinct and lived in.
